Nowadays the energy shortage and environmental issues have become more and more serious in our country, biogas as a renewable energy can improve the environment and reduce fossil fuel consumption and alleviate the pressure of energy sources. The straw burning issues are also increasingly prominent in our country, developing biogas can also reduce the air pollution due to the burning of straw, improve the energy consumption structure, and promote the industrial development in rural areas. The biogas engineering has some problems, resources for production of biogas are abundant, but the research about biogas production characteristic and yield improvement according to different raw materials are less; Few biogas engineering using hybrid materials, result in a waste of straw resources, even lead to the burning of straw; Few places have biogas service station, and many users lack of the biogas information, so the maintenance and use of the biogas digesters is not standardized, lead to low efficiency of biogas engineering.According to problems in the process of biogas production, this article aims to improve the gas production, study the characteristics of biogas production, and develop monitoring system of biogas production based on Android platform, the system can provide advices to improve the biogas output, spread information of biogas production to the users. This article main research content is as follows:(1) Studying the characteristics of biogas production, and the factors which influence the production of methane. Then study the influence of different fermentation temperature and fermentation materials for the production of methane, at last we find The best temperature of different fermentation materials are not identical.(2) To establish the mathematical model of biogas production about the fermentation temperature and mixture ratio, and provide the scientific decision support for the best conditions of fermentation biogas choice;(3) According to the characteristics of the biogas engineering structures, set up the hardware monitoring platform. Use of various kinds of sensors and MSP430single chip microcomputer to realize information acquisition,and through the GPRS wireless module to upload information to the server, realize the biogas production monitoring system based on internet of things.(4) Developing Android mobile client, the users login server to view the running state. The server using the model gives the scientific decision. Client can obtain the reference opinions for improving biogas production after login the server, and users can also get some information about the biogas production applied to improve biogas engineering management level.
