This study was conducted to analyze different ingredients of sheep feeds and establish feedutilizing model by using the conventional nutrient analysis technology and CNCPS method inHeilongjiang province. Continual rumen modulation method was developed for the indexesdetermination of samples in the rumen fermentation. The degradation rate of feed ingredient inthe rumen environment were measured, the model of ingredients degradation and disappearedrate were established for DM, CP, NDF, and ADF by the regression method, the prediction ofruminant feed protein in the rumen degradation rate. It is provided for scientific andcomprehensive methods to evaluate ruminant feed nutritional value. The results showed asfollowing:1. Conventional nutritient values in20raw feedstuff materials were determined and someCNCPS indexes were calculated by the CNCPS system.2. Different ingredient utility in7kinds of raw feed,3different ratio of concentrate toroughage and9total mixed ration with three energy×three protein were determined by usingcontinuing fermentation system in vitro and in vivo, and the gastric pH value, the in vitro gasproduction rate, NH3-N concentration and DM, CP, NDF, ADF disappear rate of fermentationsubstrates and other indicators were measured.3.4various model of DM, CP, NDF, ADF disappear rate were created according toconventional nutrients and CNCPS indexes and compared to the model from9total mixed feed,there are strongly relative to the model from raw material feed.The R2value of predictivemodels established by raw material feed is higher than predictive models established by9totalmixed feed.4.4various model of DM, CP, NDF, ADF disappear rate established by in vitrometabolism trial showed that there are significantly relative for and different raw rough thanfeed protein degradation rate, and is verified using the measured values to the accuracy of theprediction model, the results show that the prediction model established by different proteinlevel of feed energyis relatively accurate.5. By nylon bag trial, the degradable rate of feed nutrient of single forages and different rations were measured.The prediction model of degradable rateof DM, CP, NDF, ADF in singleforages and different rations were established by nutritional indicators.Comparing theprediction value with the real degradable rate by the mixed feed of different ration of roughageand concentrate feed,the results showed that the R2value of predictive models established byraw material feed is higher than predictive models established by mixed feed.The predictionvalue is closed to the real degradable rate by the prediction model established by mixed feed.
