Circular arch plastic greenhouse is one of the common facilities agricultural buildings innorth China. Because of its light weight, rapid construction speed, small constructionquantities, land saving, the beautiful appearance and low cost, the use rate of circular archplastic greenhouse is very high, especially in Hei Long Jiang reclamation area.The basic snow pressure is slightly higher in Hei Long Jiang reclamation area and the HeiLong Jiang reclamation is usually influenced by Siberian cold and wind pressure is slightlyhigher too. Circular arch plastic greenhouse has the characteristics of light structure, largespan, small section, it is sensitive to snow pressure and wind pressure. The strong wind andother natural disasters is potentially serious economic impact on the agriculture.so the civilengineering cable-arch structure has been introduced to the circular arch plastic greenhouseframe to promote the bearing capacity and the stability and to enhanced the ability ofwithstanding wind loads and snow loads.Based on geometric nonlinear theory, stability bearing capacity of circular arch plasticgreenhouse is analyzed,which considering the load case, rise-span ratio, slenderness ratio,initial imperfection. Based on material nonlinearity theory, the failure position of circular archplastic greenhouse is also analyzed. According to the results of simulation, a similar model ismaked and gradually applied load on it. The failure position and process has been comparedwith finite element results.The cable has been applied to the circular arch plastic greenhouse frame. The stabilitybearing capacity and the failure position also has been analyzed. Some conclusion has beenget: the stability bearing capacity of cable arch plastic greenhouse frame is higher than thecircular arch plastic greenhouse frame and maximum stress distribution is reduced. Throughthe similar model test, those conclusion also has been proved.
