| Corn processing wastewater with large amounts of essential nutrients for plantgrowth, is ready to biodegrade. In the pot experiment with the April man rape asexperiment materials, the effect of irrigation concentration and method combinedfrom the corn processing wastewater on seed germination, the rapeseed growth aswell as the soil physical and chemical properties were invested. Concentrationtreatments of wastewater irrigation are divided into the water (CK),100%wastewater(W1),10%wastewater (W0.1),1%wastewater (W0.01). Wastewater irrigation modesinclude full irrigation (FI), deficit irrigation (DI), partial rootzone drying (PRD). Themain research results were as follows:1.Compared with the seed germination of rape in CK treatment, that in W1treatment was significantly inhibited, While that in W0.1treatment had89%seedgermination rate and4.02cm of average root length;2.The rape leaf area, plant fresh weight, plant total nitrogen content, proteincontent and relative chlorophyll content in W1treatment, were observably higher thanother else, and the height, the total phosphorus content of the rape plants in W1treatment also have remarkably more large than that in W0.01and CK treatment. Whatis more, for yield and quality of rapeseed indicators that included rape leaf area, plantfresh weight, total phosphorus content, protein content, chlorophyll content, therewere no significant differences between in W0.01treatment and CK treatment.3.Three irrigation methods on rape plant height, leaf area, fresh weight were nosignificant influence, while the effect of the irrigation methods on the plant totalnitrogen content of rape have significant difference. Total nitrogen content of rapeplant in FI treatment was remarkably higher than other treatments, and that in PRD treatment was memorably higher than that in DI treatment. The total phosphoruscontent of the rape plants in PRD treatment significantly increased. However, the rapesoluble sugar content in DI treatment was significantly lower than FI and PRDtreatment, and that between that in FI and PRD treatments did not differ significantly.4.In the study on integrating sewage and fertilizer into the irrigation, the soilavailable P content of CK treatment was remarkably lower than that of othertreatments; For the rape plant height, leaf area, fresh weight, FI treatment wassignificantly higher than that of the other treatments, and the dry weight of rape plantin FI treatment was significantly higher than the treatment of CK, DI and PRD. Thetotal nitrogen content of rape plant in FI treatment is significantly higher than that ofthe treatment CK, W1and DI, at the same time for the total nitrogen content of PRDtreatment is significantly higher than that of the treatment of CK, W1and DI. The totalphosphorus content of PRD treatment had significant difference with that of othertreatments, total phosphorus content for the PRD treatment was1.5times higher thanthat of FI treatment. For rape plant total nitrogen, soluble sugar, protein and relativechlorophyll content, there were no significant differences that of between PRDtreatment and FI. |
