With the rapid growth of the population, the demand for agricultural product is quicklyincreasing, therefore, the problem of excessive use of pesticides has become prominent, and, thehuman have to face the delimma of environmental pollution. Water pollution caused by pesticidepollutants is not only pose a threat to the biological survival, destroy the balance of aquaticecosystem, but also will cause great harm to the health of human beings. Pesticide is one of themost important water pollutants. Pyrethroid pesticides is one of the main types indomestic pesticide market, utility quantity of pyrethroid pesticide is huge. Among a wide varietyof pyrethroid pesticides, deltamethrin is the typical one. So far, in the world, it is widely reportedthat the pyrethroid pesticide pollutants have toxic effects on biology. The study on pyrethroidpesticide mainly focuses on the biological cells, tissue damage and individual damage. Althoughthere are some studies on aquatic biological effect, there is few lectures about deltamethrintoxicity effect on fish behavior. Evaluation on Danio rerio is the first try.1. Biological behavior is external reaction caused by internal environment change, in thestimulation of outside environment. Creatures can keep the body environment relatively stablethrough the act of mediation mechanism, in order to reduce the dependence onexternal environment. As the environment changes in concentration of influential factors orinfluential strength, the first change is the biological behavior. We are supposed to study deeplyand thoroughly on fish behavior. We can use behavior change of fish in the stimulation of outsideenvironment for real-time monitoring on the water quality situation, realizing the qualitative andsemi-quantitative analysis to the change of water quality.2. In this study, we take Danio rerio as the experimental animal and take deltamethrin asthe test drug. Referring to the national standard method of deltamethrin, we take the acutetoxicity test. Referring to the classical method of deltamethrin we take the chronic accumulationtest, comprehensively evaluating the toxicity of deltamethrin on Danio rerio, which provides a reference for the pyrethroid pesticides in aquatic ecosystem safety evaluation. Using Aquaticorganism behavioral surveillance system to collect and analyze the strength of the behaviorsignal data, analyze the impact on the Danio rerio in the stress of pyrethroid pesticide. Simulatethe contaminated water polluted by deltamethrin in laboratory, analyze the toxicity effects on theDanio rerio behavior in different concentration and assess the toxicity effect on Danio rerio facedby sudden deltamethrin pollution online. We are expected to provide the experimental basisfor environmental monitoring. Study on the response of Danio rerio behavior in Percarbonatedetoxification state. Using sodium percarbonate as a treatment to deal with the polluted watercontaminated by deltamethrin, through aquatic organisms behavioral surveillance methods, analyze the influence on Danio rerio in the contaminated water which is treated by sodiumpercarbonate, in order to explore the effect of sodium percarbonate on the degradation ofdeltamethrin. Against the problem of pyrethroid-induced sudden water pollution, we hope toprovide a safe, efficient and inexpensive chemical degradation medicament.3.24h-LC50of Deltamethrin on Danio rerio was5.32(μg/L);48h-LC50of Deltamethrinon Danio rerio was5.20(μg/L). From the experimental results of the acute toxicity ofdeltamethrin, deltamethrin is marked as a highly toxic poison for Danio rerio. Deltamethrin has agood dose-effect relationship.4. The experiment of Chronic accumulation add up to21days. From the first day to theSixteenth day, it is not occur to death in three experimental groups of Danio rerio. From theSeventeenth day to the Twentieth day, the daily exposure dose rising to the half of LC50, threeexperimental groups of Danio rerio appear to death. The number of deaths per day does notexceed1/10of test groups until the twenty-first day. It is proved that deltamethrin dose not haveeffect of chronic accumulation.5. From the effect on behavior of Danio rerio in different concentrations of deltamethrin, behavior of Danio rerio appears obviously abnormal in deltamethrin. With the increasingconcentration of deltamethrin, the strength behavior of Danio rerio obviously decreases. Thetoxicity effect of deltamethrin is obviously appearing in short time. Deltamethrin has significanteffect on Danio rerio. This research provides experimental foundation and theoretical basis forthe on-line monitoring of pyrethroid pesticides in sudden pollution. 6. From the behavior experiment on degradation of deltamethrin, detoxification effect ofsodium percarbonate is significant. In simulation enviroment of deltamethrin treated by sodiumpercarbonate, the Danio rerio live in a good condition, which is proved that sodium percarbonateis a safe, efficient and cheap chemical degradation medicament.
