The grape (Vitis vinifera L.) is the most widely cultivated and economically important fruit crop in the world. It is also one of the most important deciduous fruit trees in China. However, the strict quarantine measures are not implemented in the actual production, which lead to some widespread viral diseases in our country, The diseases can cause the reduction of grape production, weak grower, poor fruit quality, flavor fades and so on. Therefore, we simply approach the prevention and control of viral diseases of grapevine seedlings is to detoxification, the application in the production of virus-free seedlings, the virus harm grape minimum. In this thesis, Hunan province wide acreage of three grape varieties traits of a good detoxification, detoxification of other grape varieties have been reported with reference to technical solutions, the three grape varieties detoxification technology test in order to establish Hunan Province detoxification technical solutions important grape varieties. Grape seedlings after detoxification needs nutrition ratio matrix suitable for grape growing cultured through literature, understanding nutrition grape growing range of suitable substrates, with the matrix of known physical and chemical indicators to matching several different recipes for nurturing seedlings toxic foundation. The mainly results as follow:1. Research of Grapevine detoxification technologyKyoho, Summer Black Seedless, Red Globe varieties material, the use of combined heat treatment tip culture test materials of different varieties of detoxification treatment, Tissue culture system in which the Red Globe to Han Yan-ting identified for reference, researching Summer Black Seedless and Kyoho tissue culture system. The base or the middle of the stem was more stiutable for buds prouting and about early September was the best suitable implanting time.The fittest optimum medium for the stem’s initial culture> muitiplieation and for rooting have been founded for the two grape varieties. Consider the two factors of survival rate and the rate of elimination synthetically, the survival and eliminated shoots rate of thermotherapy combine with shoot tip eulture has raise obviously than single shoot tip culture, besides. The ratio of eliminated shoots aehieved by the method of constant temperature is better than thermotherapy alternating Temperature Thermotherapy.2. Improvement of Grape seedling technique Eight types of materials including virgin soil, sand, sawdust, mushroom sustrate residue, Chinese medicine residue, citrus peel residue and bio-charcoal were evaluated in the present experiment to make suitable substrates in comparison with peat-containing medium. After analyzing the physic and chemical properties of each single materials,4types of composted media were formulated, whose physic and chemical properties were further analyzed. Four formulations of nutritive soil are tested by cuttings annual summer black seedless branches. According to chlorophyll, the new branch length, the number of main tip section, the main tip diameter, root diameter, root mean six indicators show that the matrix3:2:1for the growth of the Black Summer Seedless cuttings have a significant impact and the matrix2:2:1bred Black Summer Seedless has a significant advantage in the main shoot and root length and number of leaves.
