Bactrocera (Tetradacus) minax is a destructive quarantine pest in fruits in Asian-Pacific region, is a kind of important international quarantine pests. In recent years, serious harm it will bring to our province in the southwest region of citrus, huaihua city, is the alien invasive species. JingZhouXian, huaihua city, this study aimed at the occurrence rules of large citrus fruit fly, biology, and monitoring and control technology research.Huaihua city from2011to2013the occurrence rules of large JingZhouXian citrus fruit fly the monitoring results show that the large citrus fruit fly, which area happened in a generation, in late April to June mid-march:adult eclosion unearthed, spawning stage in the middle of June to early July, egg stage about30d, pupal stage to the middle of October to late November.Indoor research temperature of mandarin orange fruit fly into adult results show that the influence of large citrus fruit fly pupae by0℃and20℃treatment in20days, all can’t feather;Under the condition of10℃treatment, pupa eclosion rate and processing time. Immersion time of citrus fruit fly pupa eclosion rate results show that the influence of the immersion3-9d, large citrus fruit fly eclosion rate is falling, adult beginning day delay;Flooding over12d, pupa basic death.Through light traps of vibration frequency method, GuoRui luring method and chemical control effect shows that GuoRui, luring method control effect is superior to other two methods of traps. Effect of vibration frequency light traps to control citrus fruit fly effect is low, were less than50%, and the farther distance vibration frequency modulation insecticidal effect the worse;Chemical prevention and control of poisoning my house was at48%of citrus fruit fly control effect is obvious, by contrast, GuoRui attractant traps in effect is better, after the application of insect fruit rate was below6%, the control effects were above90%. Can be applied in the GanJieYuan to prevention and control of citrus fruit fly.
