Our country is a large agricultural country, the development of networking technology, computer technology, the Internet, wireless sensor networks(WSN), intelligent terminals and other technology, bringing the full technical preparations for the implementation of agricultural information. Currently, part of the high-tech enterprises in the agricultural sector has begun to widely deployed Internet and sensor networks in the fields, these fixed or mobile terminal equipment generating data every minute. Research shows that data will show exponential growth in the future, we need to store, process and manage more and more agricultural data. You can expect the sensor network and the Internet of Things in agriculture is bound to bring the use and applications of big data process technology in agricultural area. Data number generate by argricultural product during plant, production, management, sales and visualization is growing and data types are more and more diversity, which put forward challenges to the traditional storage management platform. Today, With more and more information, intelligence, we need to collect, store and analysis of these data effectively, and dig information from it to improve the yield and quality of agricultural production and enhance the visibility and credibility, reduce human, material and financial resources overhead, and lead towards "wisdom of agriculture".Therefore,Take transformation of traditional agriculture Qiqihar in Heilongjiang Province as the background,point to Longjiang IOT and photovoltaic greenhouses,and the need of modern information technology of acres of paddy in Longjiang, We build intelligent agricultural information collection platform based WSN, deployment Hadoop cloud computing platform with high performance computer cluster, build agricultural data management and processing platform, in order to achieve real-time agricultural data collection, secure storage,smart management and data mining. The main research work are:1)Construct agricultural information network data acquisition, wireless transmission and data aggregation platform based on ZigBee protocol stack and CC2530 series of wireless sensor network module and multi-class sensor.2)Build IOT agricultural data retrieval and management platform based on Java and Mysql database technology and Complete the configuration and structure of the hardware and software platform.3)Build distributed database platform HBase Based on HPC(high-performance server clusters) and Hadoop, complete data transfer, converse interface with Mysql database,finally complete IOT agricultural data storage, query and data mining tasks.4) Research on Distributed Computing of agricultural IOT data based on MapReduce, design right Map and Reduce functions for Kmeans algorithm to achieve parallel data processing, complete rapid distributed.processing of large data.The results show that the design is low cost, easy to deploy and use, high reliability, high performance and scalability, fault tolerance, etc and provide a good research case, with great social and application value for the regional networking of traditional agriculture to modernize agriculture.
