Henan is a major agricultural province and a strong province for grain production.With the popularization and application of technologies such as Internet of Things,big data,cloud computing,and artificial intelligence in the agricultural production process,a large amount of agricultural information data has been generated.These data types are complicated,the amount of information is large,and the data structure is not the same.The transformation of information requires a large amount of statistical analysis and data mining work,and manual processing has been unable to complete the relevant task requirements.In addition,agricultural data is also very time-sensitive and regional.How to use existing data mining and statistical methods to quickly,conveniently and effectively mine the hidden information from these complicated data,capture effective information,and provide timely decision-making and suggestions for agricultural production.The important topics also have important application value.This topic is oriented to the above requirements.Based on the JAVA programming language,the SSH framework is used to design and implement a web-based agricultural data mining application system.The system analyzes the massive data generated in the agricultural production process by introducing corresponding data mining algorithms.A large number of incomplete,noisy,fuzzy,and random data extracts hidden effective information and knowledge discovery,and achieves the purpose of assisting users in agricultural production decision-making through diversified graphic display.Common algorithms for data mining include decision tree algorithm,neural network algorithm,bio-intelligence algorithm and rough set algorithm.Based on data mining technology,this paper analyzes data mining algorithms such as Apriori and K-means in detail,and improves the K-means algorithm based on fast and convenient purposes.The system uses three algorithms to call related agricultural data production to mine.To achieve effective use of agricultural data and provide new technical support for intelligent decision support in agricultural production.The main research and results of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the data mining technology,this paper has realized the overall design and detailed module design for the development of the system according to the principles of advancement,safety and reliability,maintainability and scalability.The final realization is based on B/.System architecture for the S architecture.(2)The system is divided into three modules:user management,data management and data mining,and the system development is completed.The system uses Apriori algorithm and K-means algorithm for data mining,and improves K-means algorithm,and implements it with new algorithm.(3)Based on the completion of the system,the Apriori algorithm,K-means algorithm and improved K-means algorithm of the system are tested.The system runs normally and the test results are in line with expectations,and good results are obtained.
