In this experiment, chrysanthemum cultivars’zichonglou’ was used as the test material, we analyzed ariation of the anthocyanin content and soluble sugar content during flowers open. In addition hrysanthemums whose flowers in different developmental stages were shading treatment, we studied the hanges of CmUFGT relative expression, soluble sugar, the anthocyanin content, dry weight and dry weight ratio in the process of flowering of’zichonglou’. In the meantime we measured the chlorophyll ontent of leaves in full-bloom stage. The main results are as follows:1. Anthocyanin and soluble sugar content was first increased and then decreased with the opening of e flower. Ovary less accumulated anthocyanins, ovary anthocyanin content decreased and soluble sugar ontent increased with the opening of the flower. Different wheel in the same inflorescence from outside to iside the ray florets anthocyanin content is rising, while soluble sugar content is decreased. With the opening of flowers, flower CmUFGT gene relative expression amount first increased and en decreased, ovary CmUFGT gene relative expression gradually increased, the ray florets CmUFGT ifferent wheel relative expression amount first and then decreased from outside to inside of the same florescence.2. Shading significantly influenced the chlorophyll a, b, chlorophyll a/b and total chlorophyll content. hading at squaring stage, chlorophyll a and total chlorophyll content was significantly higher than the full ght under 60% and 40% of full light. Shading at exposed color stage and full-bloom stage, chlorophyll a, and total chlorophyll content was significantly higher than the full light, chlorophyll a/b was significantly ower than the full light.3. Inflorescence dry weight decreased, dry weight ratio first increased and then decreased with the ght intensity decreases. Shading at squaring stage dry weight ratio under 80% full light was significantly igher than which under 60% and 40% of full light. Shading at exposed color stage and full-bloom stage ry weight ratio under 80% of the full light was significantly higher than which under full light.4. Shading significantly effected CmUFGT relative expression. Shading at squaring stage, CmUFGT elative expression levels under 40% of full light were significantly higher than the full light under the 1 and 2 stage. At 3-5 and 7 stage shading treatment significantly reduced the relative expression of CmUFGT. CmUFGT relative expression level under 80% and 60% of full light was significantly higher than full light at 6 stage. Shading at exposed color stage, CmUFGT relative expression level at 3 to 5 stages were significantly lower than the full light under 80% and 60% of full light. At full-bloom stage shading treatment significantly reduced the relative expression of CmUFGT at 5 to 7 stage.5. Shading significant or very significant impact of the ray florets soluble sugar content. Shading at squaring stage 1,2,4 to 8 stage soluble sugar content under 80% full light was significantly higher than full light. Shading at exposed color stage, the soluble sugar content under full light were significantly higher than under shade at 3 stage.4 to 8 stage soluble sugar under 80% under full light was significantly higher than full light. Shading at full-bloom stage, soluble sugar content under 60% of full light was significantly higher than the full light at 5 stage, soluble sugar content under 80% of full sunlight was significantly higher than the full light at 6 to 8 stage.6.3 and 4 stage lighting is conducive to the synthesis of anthocyanins, the highest accumulation of anthocyanins is in full light.5 and 6 stage, anthocyanin content at 80% of full light was significantly higher than the full light when shading in squaring stage and full-bloom stage, anthocyanin content under full ligh was the highest at exposed color stage.7 stage, anthocyanin content under 80% and 60% of full light was significantly higher than the full light at squaring stage and exposed color stage, anthocyanin content under 40% of full light was the highest at full-bloom stage.8 stage, reduced light intensity is conducive to the accumulation of anthocyanins, anthocyanin content was significantly higher than full light under 40% of full light.
