Effects Of Three Kinds Of Fertilizer Application On Hedley Phosphorus Forms And Yield Of Corn In The Reclaimed Soil Of Different Years

This paper using filed plot test researched three fertilizer application on the contents of total phosphorus、alkaline phosphatase activity、Hedley phosphorus forms、phosphorus adsorption desorption performance and corn production in one year and six years reclamation soil. The conclusions were as follows:(1) Among all the different treatments at mature period, the available phosphorus contents by the application of Chenyu fertilizer+chicken manure+phosphorus bacterial fertilizer were improved the most in six years reclamation soil than the control, and increased by 490.3%.Compared with Chenyu fertilizer、 Chenyu fertilizer+phosphorus bacterial fertilizer, increased by 50.8%、40.7% respectively,and every treatments had remarkmable differences. While the available phosphorus contents increased by 43.9% to 91.3% compared with one year reclamation soil. The available phosphorus contents was also increasedwith reclamation years. Among them,the available phosphorus contents by Chenyu fertilizer+ chicken manure treatment increased the most.(2) Among all the different treatments at mature period, the total phosphorus contents by application of Chenyu fertilizer fertilizer were the largest than the control, increased by 489.0 mg/kg,746.67 mg/kg respectively, and higher than the other treatments; The total phosphorussix contents of six years was higher than one year’s, increased by 37.2%-53.8%.The conclusion showed that the total phosphorus contents improved with the reclamation years,and Chenyu fertilizer+phosphorus bacterial fertilizer was the largest increased.(3) Among all the different treatments at mature period, the alkaline phosphatase activity by the application of Chenyu fertilizer+chicken manure+phosphorus bacterial fertilizer increased by 61.1%,than the control. The function of improving the activity of alkaline phosphatase was relatively superior, and increased by 10.1% than corresponding treatment without phosphorus bacterial fertilizer treatment.It showed that the application of phosphate-solubilizing fertilizer on reclaimed soil can effectively improve alkaline phosphatase activity.The contents of alkaline phosphatase of six years reclamation soil’s increased by 27.6%-98.5% than one year’s, and Chenyu fertilizer treatment was the best.(4) Through studied the effect of seven kinds of fertilizer on different forms of phosphorus in one year and six years reclamation soils. and used modified Hedley classification Pdetermination analyzing 9 different phosphorus forms in different reclamation years soil of corn maturation period.The results showed that:the contents of H2O-Po、H2O-Pi、NaHCO3-Po、NaHCO3-Pi、NaOH-Po, NaOH-Pi、HCl-Po by the chicken manure+phosphorus bacterial fertilizer treatment was the largest mproved in one year reclamation soil,and the contents of HCl-Pi by Chenyu fertilizer treatment was the largest mproved.For six years reclamation soil, the contents of H2O-Pi、NaOH-Po by Chenyu fertilizer treatment increased the most. while the contents of H2O-Po、NaHCO3-Po、NaHCO3-Pi、NaOH-Pi by chicken manure+phosphorus bacterial fertilizer treatment increased the most, and the contents of HCl-Po、HCl-Pi、Residual-P by the Chenyu fertilizer treatment increased the most.For six years reclamation soil, the chicken manure+phosphorus bacterial fertilizer treatments had the best effect on H2O-Po、NaHCO3-Pi、NaOH-Po、NaOH-Pi contents, increased by 8.9%、4.9%、13.0%、 5.8% respectively, compared with three processings of phosphorus to treatment without phosphorus bacterial fertilizer; The Chenyu fertilizer+chicken manure+phosphorus bacterial fertilizer treatment had the best effect on H2O-Pi、NaHCO3-Po contents, increased by 2.7%,4.6% respectively. For every fertilizer treatments, compared with one year reclamation soil, phosphorus contents of Hedley classification of six years reclamation soil was higher. It showed that along with the increasing length of reclamation,the phosphorus contents of different fertilizer treatments was increased with reclamation years.(5) Applying Langmuir equation fit with soil phosphorus adsorption to six years and one year reclamation soils, the correlation coefficient of each fertilizer treatment have reached very significant level,soil phosphorus uptake contents of one year and six years reclamation respectively maximum reached 758.54-892.72,382.00-583.33mg/kg,and maximum adsorption characteristics of phosphorus (MBC) reached 70.04-113.67、22.63-56.06mL/g, the adsorption ability of soil to phosphorus is strong, Chenyu fertilizer+chicken manure+phosphorus bacterial fertilizer treatment decreased significantly the level of soil phosphorus adsorption than other treatments.For different treatments of reclamation one year and six years soil,soil phosphorus adsorption quantity are increased as the increase of initial concentration of soil phosphorus, and the soil phosphorus desorption quantity is positively correlated with soil phosphorus adsorption quantity.Three treatments of appling phosphorus bacterial fertilizer had smaller soil phosphorus adsorption quantity than those treatments without phosphorus bacterial fertilizer, but larger soil phosphorus desorption quantity.The tests indicated that phosphate-solubilizing fertilizer reduced the adsorption capacity and improved desorption capacity to soil phosphorus.(6) For different fertilizer treatmentsin of six years reclamation soil,the corn yield by chicken manure +phosphorus bacterial fertilizer treatment was 604.01 kg/mu.This processing can increased corn yield remarkmable.
