We set a pot and a field experiment to study the effects of coal-based fertilizer and com bining application with microbial fertilizer on soil phosphorus and rapeseed, corn yield.The study could provide a theoretical basis of influence mechanism on soil by coal-based fertiliz er, and it was significant in restoring fertility as well as promoting sustainable development of agriculture. The mainly results are as follows:(1) coal-based fertilizer different fertilizer treatments (coal-based fertilizer, coal-based fertilizer+manure, coal-based fertilizer+bacterial manure) soil available phosphorus, phosphatase activity were significantly higher than CK different levels of fertilization, soil phosphorus content N14 level of phosphatase activity were significantly higher than the level of N8, and N20 and the level difference was not significant. In N14 level, coal-based fertilizer+Fertilizer soil phosphorus content, the highest phosphatase activity, than coal-based fertilizer+manure was much increased 97.23%,73.15%.(2) coal-based fertilizer, coal-based fertilizer+manure, three kinds of coal-based fertilizer+Fertilizer fertilizer fertilizer types with increased levels of rapeseed plant fresh weight first and then increase the decreasing trend in N14 reaches the maximum level, coal-based fertilizer+fertilizer than coal-based fertilizer+manure improved 25.47%, and the difference was significant.(3) coal-based fertilizer of different fertilization treatments increased soil available phosphorus content and alkaline phosphatase activity, respectively, over the period of three corn CK substantially increased 201.55%,297.52%,294.61% and 157.99%,226.58%, 153.62%. Which is the most significant increase of coal-based fertilizer+Fertilizer.(4) coal-based fertilizer of different fertilizer treatments on Reclaimed Soil Hedley P forms is currently under a phosphorus content of each form to a certain extent. H2O-Po soil under different treatments, H2O-Pi, NaHCO3-Po, NaHCO3-Pi, NaOH-Po, NaOH-Pi, residual-P was significantly higher than CK treatment, low-HCl-Po, HCl-Pi content in CK treatment, in which the most noteworthy is the responsibility of coal-based fertilizer+ fertilizer processing. H2O-PO soil of coal-based fertilizer treatment, H2O-Pi, NaHCO3_Po, NaHCO3_Pi, NaOH-Po, NaOH-Pi was more important than inorganic fertilizer. Obtain coal-based fertilizer can increase soil H2O-Po, H2O-Pi, NaHCO3-Po, NaHCO3-Pi, NaOH-Po, NaOH-Pi content. Coal-based fertilizer treated soil residual-P content than inorganic fertilizer treatment decreased 1.38%. And coal-based Fertilizer can reduce the amount of soil residual-P to effectively increase the residual phosphorus transformation.(5) coal-based fertilizer with different fertilization reclamation of soil phosphorus adsorption characteristics of Langumir isotherm equation to represent the soils of correlation coefficients between 0.9539-0.9981, and reached a significant level. Maximum soil phosphorus uptake under different treatments between 363.79-500.00mg/kg, the maximum value of phosphorus adsorption characteristics (MBC) between 46.08-69.44mL/ g, with different fertilization adsorption capacity of the soil is the strongest CK treatment. Among them, coal-based fertilizer+Fertilizer treatment compared with other treatments, can significantly reduce the level of soil phosphorus adsorption. Different desorption and desorption of soil phosphorus fertilization rates o With increasing applied phosphorus concentration increases; desorption under different treatments and desorption size: coal-based fertilizer+Fertilizer>coal-based fertilizer+manure>coal-based fertilizer>+ inorganic fertilizer>inorganic fertilizers>CK.(6) coal-based fertilizer fertilization maize yield different than CK significantly increased 5.23-5.58 times, including coal-based fertilizer+Fertilizer processing corn yield the most significant, than inorganic fertilizer and fertilizer, coal-based fertilizer+chicken manure, coal-based fertilizer, inorganic fertilizer increased by 2.67%,3.55%,3.85%,5.68%, and the difference was significant.
