Based on garden plants commonly used white clover (Trrifolium repens 1., white clover) and new varieties of silk hair creeping Chinese cinquefoil herb (Potentilla reptans 1. var. Sericophylla Franch, silky hairs creeping Chinese cinquefoil herb) as the experimental material, the research in the different salt concentrations (0,0.1,0.2,0.3,0.2 mol/L) of NaCl and NaHCO3 respectively in the same time processing of salt stress, and the determination of a number of physiological indexes and morphological index analysis, and on this basis to evaluate the salt resistance of two kinds of plants. The results showed that:1. With the increase of time and stress concentration, the chlorophyll content in the body of two farming Chinese cinquefoil herb plants and white clover under salinity stress presented increasing firstly, then decreasing on the whole. The degree of saline in two plants body increasingly deepend against persecution, but its specific performance is slightly different.2. The content of free proline in two farming Chinese cinquefoil herb plants and white clover under salt stress were higher than control plants. And along with the increase of stress time, stress concentration is on the rise.3. The malondialdehyde content in two farming Chinese cinquefoil herb plants and white clover under salinity stress were higher than the control group, and in the same stress time, concentration is on the rise along with the increasing of stress. While in different stress time, concentration treatment of malondialdehyde content was lowing after rising under the same stress, and in the same time and same stress concentration Chinese cinquefoil herb when the content of malondialdehyde than white clover malondialdehyde content.4. The experiment of bilateral ling and white clover in salinity-alkalinity stress conditions, the reduced plant height change trend after the first rise, began to reduce the stress of dealing with the 15 days, and plant height is lower than the control group, but with the increase of stress and stress concentration is inversely proportional to the degree of plant height increasing trend.Two farm plants under salinity stress, the growth of the plant height were suppressed, but Chinese cinquefoil herb under a high concentration of NaCl stress damage degree higher than that of white clover, and white clover by high concentrations of NaHCO3 stress damage degree is higher than Chinese cinquefoil herb.5. This experiment two farming was plants under salinity stress, the growth of the number of its branches have been suppressed, but Chinese cinquefoil herb in a high concentration of NaCl stress damage degree higher than that of white clover, and white clover by high concentrations of NaHCO3 stress damage degree is higher than Chinese cinquefoil herb.6. The experimental results show that two farming was Chinese cinquefoil herb plants and white clover in under salinity stress the focal leaves an upward trend in the number of different stress concentrations of the two plants were the fifth day began to appear in the stress focus, while the control group had no produce coke, stress the more processing time is more long leaves, at the same time, the greater the stress concentration of coke is, the more the number of leaves.
