| In this paper to rationing buds grain harvest after ten varieties of sweet corn(515ã€improved 512ã€512〠516ã€3060×LBã€502ã€522ã€513ã€506ã€517) straw as experimental material. By mowing silage immediately after the experiment, from the sensory evaluation indexes, the respect such as fermentation quality, nutrient analysis, studied the following three aspects. Preliminary conclusions are drawn:(1) From the point of results for sensory evaluation, ten varies of sweet corn straw silage sensory score difference is not big,515, improvement of 512,512,516,3060×LB,502,522 seven varieties, silage fermentation quality as a level 1, three varieties, such as the 513,506 and 517 for grade 2 is good. Therefore, the selected ten varieties of sweet corn straw can crank out quality of silage.(2) From the fermentation quality of comparison, ten varieties of pH are below 3.8, in addition to variety 513,517, other varieties of butyric acid was detected in the test, so ten varieties of sweet corn straw silage fermentation quality all achieved good effect. Among them,3060×LB,515 with pH, NH3-N content was significantly lower than other varieties (P<0.05), lactic acid content is significantly higher than other varieties (P<0.05), accordingly,3060×LB,515 with fermentation quality is best.(3) From the comparison of nutrient,3060×LB,506 on the utilization of straw is significantly higher than other varieties,516,3060×LB of CP content is significantly higher than other varieties (P<0.05) Although the 3060×LB of DM is significantly lower than other varieties (P<0.05), but the gap is not large, so the comprehensive consideration for 3060xLB nutrient best.Compared with ordinary maize varieties, in this study the ten varieties of sweet corn straw silage DM content was lower than those of common maize varieties slightly, CP content is better than common corn varieties, NDF content is significantly lower than the ordinary maize varieties, the content of ADF, EE, CA, P and common corn straw silage had no obvious difference. So that, in the study of the ten varieties of sweet corn straw silage nutrition is better than that of common corn varieties.Summarizes the test results of the above three aspects, the ten varieties of sweet corn straw silage quality of sensory evaluation, fermentation and nutrients are better than that of common corn varieties in the study, among the 3060×LB best variety. |
