| In this paper, Xinjiang eggplant cultivars "Yuan Feng No.1" as the test material, studying the influence of five different concentrations of exogenous substances treatments on eggplant seed germination, germination physiology, seedling growth and seedling physiological, to clear the series of effects from germination to seedling on the eggplant. Select one optimal material concentration for improving the actual productivity and quality of eggplant seedlings to provide a theoretical basis.The main research results were as follows:1.The effect of different exogenous substances on seed vigor, seedling emergence rate and evenness of eggplant seeds were different in degree. After a comprehensive comparison and analysis of results: 0.3% KNO3, 0.12% GA, 0.1% H2O2 and 1.6% Ca Cl2 solution treatment, whether it was on the field germination or emergence aspects of eggplant seeds have better promoting effect, the best treatment was 0.12% GA.2.The germination of seed was a dynamic process, experimental observation and analysis the physiological activity changes in the early stage of the germination, after the treatments of different exogenous substances on eggplant seed, in the whole process, 0.2% KNO3, 0.1% and 0.5% NH4NO3, 0.12% GA, 0.1% and 0.3% H2O2, 1.6% and 1.8% Ca Cl2 solution processing could effectively improve the soluble protein content within eggplant seeds, increase the SOD, POD and CAT activity, and decrease seed leachate conductivity and the content of MDA, the best treatment was 0.2% KNO3.3.The morphological indexes of different growth stages of the seedling showed different effects when treated with different exogenous substances., through the analysis was concluded that: the follows treatment have better promoting on the seedling growth: 0.2% and 0.3% KNO3, 0.5% NH4NO3, 0.3% H2O2 and 2.0% Ca Cl2. The contents of chlorophyll and the parameters of photosynthesis of the seedling plaied a decisive role in the accumulation of organic matter. Through index determination and analysis: each treatment had the promotion effect to the seedling photosynthesis, the follows treatment have better effect: 0.3% KNO3, 0.12% GA, 0.3% H2O2 and the three concentrations of Ca Cl2. The best effect of seedling morphological index and photosynthesis was 2.0% Ca Cl2 solution.4.Eggplant seeds were treated with different exogenous substances, the soluble sugar, starch, protein content had significantly improved, the activity of SOD, POD and CAT also showed significant difference with the control, the MDA content decreased significantly. Comprehensive the performance of different periods, 0.3% KNO3, 0.5% NH4NO3, 0.12% GA, 0.3% H2O2, 1.8% Ca Cl2 treatments, had the better promoting on the physiological activity of the seedlings, the best was 0.3% KNO3. |
