| Due to the difference in the development process of parents of millet hybrid,in the seed production process,it is necessary to achieve the meeting of parents at the flowering time,which is difficult and time-consuming.In addition,because millet is sensitive to light and temperature response,the flowering time often does not meet,resulting in low seed production yield,neglect or even failure.In order to solve the above problems,the seeds and seedlings of Jingua 32,the backbone base germplasm of millet hybrid parents,were treated with four exogenous substances,amyl azolol,sodium nitroproside,S3307(enconazole)and Guyou,and the regulation effects of various exogenous reagents on seed germination,seedling emergence and seedling development of Jingua 32 were investigated.Promote the growth process of parents with slow development and parents with slow development,realize the hybrid parents with inconsistent development process,meet at the same time of sowing and flowering,provide theoretical basis and technical support,so as to improve seed production yield,achieve light and simple seed production,and solve the technical problems that restrict the large-scale popularization and application of millet hybrid seed production difficulty and low seed production yield.The mechanism of its action was analyzed from the perspective of physiology and biochemistry,which laid the foundation for further research and development of seed and plant regulator.The test results are as follows:Seed mixing with amyl alcohol,sodium nitroprusside and S3307(eniconazole)could delay seed germination to varying degrees.Compared with water control,different concentrations of tezolol could delay germination for 1.17 ~2.00 days.Different concentrations of sodium nitroprusside could delay germination for 1.84 ~2.00 days.Different concentrations of S3307(enconazole)could delay germination for about1.00 ~ 1.34 d.And the seeds treated with 3 kinds of reagents,after germination,the seedling length is shorter and shorter,and the root length is longer and longer,which has the effect of strengthening the seedling.The results showed that SOD activity,NR activity and AMS activity were increased in different degrees,while POD activity and CAT activity were decreased in different degrees.In addition to the increase of NR activity,SOD activity,AMS activity,POD activity and CAT activity decreased after sodium nitroprusside treatment.The activity of SOD,NR and CAT increased with the increase of S3307 treated,while the activity of POD and AMS decreased.After seed mixing treatment with different concentrations of tezolol,the delayed seedling emergence time range of late spring sowing was 1.33 ~2.00 d and delayed heading was 1.00 ~4.67 d.The time range of delayed seedling emergence in summer sowing was 1.00 ~2.00 d and delayed heading was1.00 ~6.00 d.After seed mixing with sodium nitroprusside of different concentrations,the delayed seedling emergence time range of late spring sowing was 1.67 ~2.00 d and delayed heading was 1.67 ~6.67 d.The time range of delayed seedling emergence in summer sowing was 1.33 ~2.00 d and delayed heading was 2.67 ~6.00 d.The delayed seedling emergence time range of late spring sowing was 1.67 ~2.00 d after seed mixing treatment of S3307(enconazole)with different concentrations.The time range of delayed seedling emergence in summer sowing was 0.00 ~ 0.67 d.The delayed heading time was 1.50 ~4.67 d,1.33 ~4.00 d in late spring sowing and 1.67 ~5.33 d in summer sowing after treating S3307(enlobuzoll)with different concentrations at different developmental stages.5 leaf stage treatment,the delayed heading time was 1.34 ~5.34 d,late spring sowing could delay heading 0.67 ~4.00 d,summer sowing could delay heading 2.00~6.67 d.6 leaf stage treatment,delayed heading time was 1.34 ~4.50 d,late spring sowing period could delay heading 0.67 ~3.67 d,summer sowing period could delay heading 2.00 ~6.00 d.In the four leaf stage treatment,the heading time was delayed 2.34~5.00 d,late spring sowing could delay the heading 1.67 ~3.67 d,and summer sowing could delay the heading 3.00 ~6.33 d.5 leaf stage treatment,the delayed heading time was 2.17 ~5.00 d,late spring sowing could delay heading 2.00 ~3.67 d,summer sowing could delay heading 2.33 ~6.33 d.6leaf stage treatment,the delayed heading time was 3.00 ~3.84 d,late spring sowing could delay heading 2.00 ~3.00 d,summer sowing could delay heading 3.67 ~4.67 d.The results of enzyme activity determination of S3307(enbuzole)and Guyou treated millet at seedling stage showed that: SOD activity and NR activity decreased with the increase of S3307 seedlings treated with different concentrations at different growth and development stages,while POD activity,AMS activity and CAT activity increased with the increase of S3307 seedlings treated with different concentrations at 4 leaf stage and 5 leaf stage.At the 6th leaf stage,the activity of SOD,POD,AMS and CAT showed an increasing trend except NR decreased gradually with increasing concentration.The activity of SOD and NR decreased gradually with the increase of treatment concentration at the 4th leaf stage,while the activity of POD,AMS and CAT increased.At the 5th leaf stage,SOD activity,NR activity and CAT activity showed a decreasing trend,POD activity and AMS activity were increased in different degrees.In addition to the decrease of NR activity,SOD activity,AMS activity,POD activity and CAT activity increased continuously at the 6th leaf stage. |
