Recently, Bacterial Fruit Blotch occurred seriously, it has become one of the main diseases of Muskmelon in seed production and commodity production, bringing a serious impact on the development of Xinjiang muskmelon industry. At the same time, there were no effective prevention and control measures, and no stronger disease resistance varieties. In order to speeding up the new variety breeding and Germplasm Innovation, Screening and Identification of muskmelon germplasm resources has become an urgent need to solve the problem.In this study, the method of soaking seed was used to inoculate with Acidovorax citrulli, and surveyied statisticsthe relative seedling, seedling rate, mortality and disease index at fifth days after seedling emergence. Identification of muskmelon materials resistance use the seedling spray inoculation method at the first chamber of muskmelon leaves in glasshouse; the method was used to inoculate with Acidovorax citrulli of different muskmelon fruit in field and isolated fruit in the glasshouse. Different inoculation methods was used on Muskmelon materials, they were Seed, seedling, fruit and vitro fruit that respectively inoculated with Acidovorax citrulli,Screening the resistant germplasm resources.At the same time, determinating the physiologic index, after the anti and sense material inoculated with Acidovorax citrulli,getting sample in 0, 2, 4, 6 days, The activity changes of soluble protein, polyphenol oxidase(POD), polyphenol oxidase(PPO), phenylalanine ammonia enzyme(PAL) were determined within different inoculation time leaves. The main results were as follows:(1)The method was adopted soaking seed inoculation method, to investigate and statistical analysis of the relative germination rate, seedling mortality and disease index after seedling emergence, The results show that no immune materials, 2 copies were high resistance materials, 32 copies were middle resistant materials, 54 copies were middle susceptible materials, 42 copies were susceptible materials.(2)Identification of muskmelon materials resistance use the seedling spray inoculation method in glasshouse, There had no screening immune materia; it wete showed high resistance materials were 14 copies,and anti materials were 91; and middle sense materials were 25; having 6 susceptible materials from 136 muskmelon materials.(3)The method was inoculated with Acidovorax citrulli of different muskmelon frui in field.The results show that the tested showed high resistance material were 29 copies; 52 copies were middle resistant materials, 24 copies were middle susceptible materials, 16 copies susceptible materials were Screeninged from 121 muskmelon materials.(4)Isolated fruit inoculated with Acidovorax citrulli of different muskmelon materials in glasshouse. The results show that no immune materials, 4 copies were high resistance material; 54 copies were middle resistant material are, 42 copies were middle susceptible materials, 19 copies susceptible materials were Screeninged from 119 muskmelon materials.(5)In this study, the relative disease resistance index of different artificial inoculation methods of 99 melon materials were comprehensively sorted., the top three melon materials were NM90-1, M867, M843 B, M600’s comprehensive resistance ranking was the lowest.M867, M843 B and NM90-1 could be applied to the research of Melon Resistance breeding.(6)By used the seedling spray inoculation method to inoculate with Acidovorax citrulli.The results show: Resistant and susceptible materials soluble protein showed a downward trend, and susceptible material is reduced greater than susceptible material; after inoculating with Acidovorax citrulli, resistant material and disease of POD showed a trend of decline after rising first, resistant materials change greater than susceptible materials;susceptible materials’ PPO rise greater than the resistance materials; PAL changes of no correlation relationship with disease resistance.
