Bacterial fruit blotch(BFB)is a serious disease of watermelon,melon,cucumber and other cucurbit crops.The melon and edible seed watermelon(ESW)production in Xinjiang plays an important role in the production of melon in China,because the bacterial fruit spot disease causes the economic benefit of the melon commodity to decline seriously,which is a threat to the melon industry.So using the correct methods for prevention and treatment of BFB has important significance in the occurrence and spread of the interests and the prevention and control of BFB on protection of cucurbits,seedling producers.In this study,9 new fungicides and 8 kinds of commonly used fungicides were selected,compared the effect of bacteriostatic ring using antibacterial ring method,screening of BFB significant inhibitory effect of fungicides.Then 5 kinds of medicaments apparent inhibitory effect by different concentration and time of treatment by artificial inoculation of BFB of muskmelon and ESW seeds with the seed germination,plant disease and the statistical investigation after the seedling emergence rate,disease index and growth index(plant height,stem diameter,Chiorophyll content,leaf length,leaf width).The incidence of melon and ESW seed watermelon seedlings and the statistical index of disease were studied by two treatments(seedling spraying and inoculation after inoculation).The seeds of melon and ESW were inoculated with high temperature treatment,and the incidence of seedling was observed.During the expansion period,the bacteria were inoculated,the chemical control was carried out to observe the incidence of fruit.The main results are as follows:(1)Drug screening test: the results showed that: 1:50 had the best effect on the antibacterial ring of peracetic acid,followed by 1:50 hydrogen peroxide,BX 6 solution and JiuCuTong solution.(2)Drug treatment experiment of infected seeds: the best medicine carrier muskmelon seed treatment was(BX 6 solution)with 20 min~30 min,the control effect was 72.2%~78.8%,followed by peracetic acid(1:50)treatment of 20 min~30 min,the control effect was 71.5%~72.2%,hydrogen peroxide(1:50)treatment control effect of 30 min was 71.5%.Using watermelon infected seed treatment effect on seed is the best medicine of hydrogen peroxide(1:50)treatment of 20 min~30 min,the control effect was 72.1%~81.4%,followed by peracetic acid(1:50)treatment for 30 min,the control effect was 76.4%,JiuCuTong(stoste)treatment for 20 min,the control effect was 73.4%.(3)Effect of different treatments on Seedling: the results show that hydrogen peroxide(1:25),Tsunami(1:25~1:75)has good preventive effect on sweet seedlings of melon bacterial fruit blotch;BX 6(1:8~1:16),hydrogen peroxide(1:25)has good control effect on Muskmelon seedlings.Peracetic acid(1:25~1:50),Tsunami(1:25~1:75),hydrogen peroxide(1:25~1:50)in seed has a good preventive effect of watermelon seedling;Tsunami(1:25),peracetic acid(1:25),hydrogen peroxide(1:25)on seed using watermelon seedlings better control effect.(4)High temperature treatment of infected seeds: the results showed that: 55℃ 4 d treatment,the control effect was 78.4%;60℃ 6 d~8 d treatment,the control effect was 85.6%;65℃ 4 d treatment,control effect 77.8% have good control effect on muskmelon seed carrier.The control effect of seed watermelon was 50℃ 9 d~12 d treatment,the control effect was as high as 74%,and the temperature 60℃ 9 d treatment control effect was 78.5%,and the temperature 70℃ 6 d treatment control effect was 74.9%.(5)Field fruit disease-preventing test: In the field,selected muskmelon Fruit youngfruit stage consistent with the size of artificial inoculation of BFB by Acupuncture and medicament spraying,the incidence of the observation statistics of fruit.The results showed that the best effect of chemical control on melon fruit was BX 6,JiuCuTong and hydrogen peroxide.
