Systematically compare of Xindadou 27, Shi Dadou 2(high stem), 11-109, Heinong 109(semi-dwarf)under three kinds density 25×104 plants/ha, 36×104 plants/ha, 53×104 plants/ha in the field, compare the changes of plant-type structure, accumulation of dry matter distribution and blossom into a pod etc. The main results are as follows:1. The increase density was mainly increase the upper section of main stem petiole length, and Xindadou 27 and 11-109 was increase significantly greater than Shi Dadou 2 and Heinong 61. Density increased significantly increased the variety of main stem upper internode length. The major changes of increasing density were in the upper Angle of stem and handle, Xindadou 27 and Shi Dadou 2 central stems shank angle increased, 11-109 increased first and decreased afterwards, Heinong61 showed in the upper stem the handle of Angle increased after the first drop.2. With the increase of planting density, leaf area per plant was significantly decline, in the upper section of leaf area decreased. Compared with the rest of the three, leaf area index of Xindadou 27 under three kinds of density peak were big. Leaf area index in the middle and later periods showed little differences and dropped slow. With the increase of the density, the later period of leaf area index increased with the different varieties, the increase rate of Xindadou 27 was less than the rest of the three materials.Total photosynthetic potential of Xindadou 27 was not sensitive to the density response; the photosynthetic potential was not sensitive to the density response in the middle and later periods. With the density increasing, increased grain stalk ratio of Shi Dadou 2 and 11-109, reduced grain stalk ratio of Xindadou 2and Heinong 61. Groups dry matter accumulation of Xindadou 27 and Heinoing 61 were not sensitive to the density response. The economic coefficient of 4 materials with the increase of density had no significant difference. The dry matter allocation rate of Xindadou 27 was not sensitive to the density response than other three materials.3. With the increase of density of four materials section 5-9 soluble sugar, sucrose and starch content in different organs had no significant difference, 10-14 section, soluble sugar, sucrose and starch content in different organs presented "low density > density > high density". Xindadou 27 with the increase of the density of soluble sugar, sucrose and starch content was bigger than the reduction of the rest of the three materials. Xindadou 27 and 10-14 soluble sugar, sucrose and starch content each sections in different organs were more sensitive response to density, section 5-9 different organs soluble sugar, sucrose and starch content on the density of response was not sensitive.4. Xindadou 27 under 24.5×104 plants/ha density of per plant flower number compared the rest of the three materials similar density per plant flower number in average increased by 6.82%. Each section pod number in average of Xindadou 27 compared the rest of the three materials in average, increased by 10.1%.Density increase delayed the short stem varieties flowering period of 109-109 and Heinong 61, which delayed the Flowering peak of shi Dadou 2, for the days of flowering and flowering peak of Xindadou 27 had no significant influence. The high flowering of Xindadou 27 on main stem number, high into pod number were not sensitive to the density response, which were the main cause of the high yield.5. Yield of high and low performance for Xindadou 27 > Heinong 61 > 11-109 and Shi Dadou 2,Xindadou 27 grain number per average compared the rest of the three materials in average, increased by10.2%. Xindadou 27 grain number per plant under 24.5×104 plants/ha density compared the rest of the three materials, close to the density of average grain number per plant, which increased by 20.2%. The high yield of Xindadou 27 was not sensitive to the density response.
