Development Of Continuous Vertical Peanut Dryer

The rapid development of peanut production industry and the rapid growth of peanut consumption demand, but due to the peanut drying technology behind, and the lack of special equipment for peanut drying equipment. Existing drying equipment there is a low degree of mechanization, low productivity, large energy consumption, resulting in after the peanut harvest not timely drying, seriously restricting the development of peanut industry in China, brought huge economic losses to farmers. In this paper, a continuous vertical peanut drying was designed for the drying of peanut.. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly, the drying mechanism, drying characteristics and the main factors of peanut drying were analyzed. According to the peanut drying characteristic curve, the drying process of peanut was divided into three stages, and different drying process was adopted.Then, according to the dry process of peanut, the continuous vertical peanut dryer was designed, and the peanut drier was divided into three stages to suit for the three stages of drying peanut. Dryer is mainly composed of a hot air furnace, blower, automatic temperature control valve, send material distributing mechanism, limit mechanism, discharging mechanism and so on.Secondly, according to the technological requirements of the peanut drier, the electrical control system of the continuous vertical peanut dryer is designed.Finally, the orthogonal test of three factors of three factors of the hot air temperature, the wind speed and the drying time of the peanut drying process parameters of peanut drying process are obtained.
