In this experiment, camellia oleifera Xianglin 210 are taken as afforestation seedlings and a field orthogonal experiment of four factors in four levels is made in Huju forest farm from perspectives of seedling processing, mulching mode, earthing way and type of base fertilizer. Through investigating and analyzing survival rate of camellia oleifera land, growth indicators of camellia oleifera, soil temperature and humidity, has concluded that a most effect plan for combating drought, holding water and improving survival rate of afforestation so as to guide production practice. Primary achievements of this experiment are as follow:1.The highest processing mix for improving survival rate of camellia oleifera land is:mulching+no fertilizer+ nest like+ rooting powder.2. The best processing mix for facilitating growth of camellia oleifera seedlings is:mulching+urea+nest like+ rooting powder; the best mix for improving the highest stem height is:no cover+ no fertilizer+grading+mud.3. The best mix that is conducive to root growth of camellia oleifera seedlings is: no cover+ organic fertilizer+ grading+pruning stems and roots; no cover is to facilitate growth of principal roots and fibrous roots along principal roots; urea is to facilitate growth of principal roots and enlargement of root volumes; pruning is to increase quantities of lateral roots and facilitate growth of fibrous roots along principal roots (0-4cm).4. The best mix that can improve fresh weight ratios of stems and roots of camellia oleifera and dry weight ratios of stems and roots is:compound fertilizer+no covert+grading+ mud.5. The best mix for reducing soil temperature in summer is:compound fertilizer+rooting powder+rooting powder+mulching+high earth.6. The best mix for improving moisture content of soil in summer is:organic fertilizer+mud+high earth+ no cover.7. There exists significant positive correlation between root weight and stem weight of camellia oleifera Xianglin 210 and the Pearson correlation coefficient is 0.620; the higher the root weight is, the higher the stem weight will be. Moreover, there exists positive correlation between dry root weight and dry stem weight of camellia oleifera Xianglin 210 and the Pearson correlation coefficient is 0.455; the higher the dry root weight is, the higher the dry stem weight will be.8. There exists negative correlation between ground diameter and the highest stem height of camellia oleifera Xianglin 210 and the Pearson correlation coefficient is -0.162; the higher the ground diameter is, the lower the highest stem height will be.9. There exists significant positive correlation between ground diameter and height of camellia oleifera Xianglin 210 and the Pearson correlation coefficient is 0.444; the higher the ground diameter is, the higher the tree height will be.10. There exists no correlation among the highest stem height, ground diameter and tree height of camellia oleifera Xianglin 210, and no correlation among length of principal root, ground diameter and tree height.
