| As the important woody oil crops in China, Camellia has the very high economic value. Camellia anthracnose is one of the main diseases in the yield of Camellia olifera, not only generally occurs in the Camellia-producing areas, but occurs serious fruit drop falls, bud drop, and greatly reduces the oil-tea production, caused huge losses to camellia industry. Using chemical pesticides to control the C. oleifera diseases is easy to cause the resistance of pathogens, and cause serious pollution to the ecological environment. At the same time, the long-term using chemical pesticides also will increase the harmful of chemical composition to camellia oil, cause bad effect on the development of C. oleifera Industry. Biological pesticide is not only friendly to environment, but also can avoid some of the disadvantages of chemical pesticides. Therefore, this paper combined environment-friendly bio-pesticides and chemical pesticides, screened the most efficientily and environment-friendly one, then studied its synergistic technology to build environment-friendly application technology against Colletotrichum gloeosporioides of the C.oleifera. The main results are as follows:(1) Screening of environment-friendly fungicides and bio-pesticides of Camellia anthracnoseBy measuring the antimicrobial effect of 4 kinds of chemical fungicides, included Chlorothalonil, Carbendazim, Mancozeb and Mildothane, against C. gloeosporioides of the C.oleifera, the results showed that Carbendazim had the best inhibition effect among the four, the EC50 of Carbendazim was 1.89 mg/L, when the concentration was 16 mg/L, inhibition rate reached 95.2%. The indoor toxicity measurement of 4 kinds of plant included Macleaya cordata, Chinaberry, Chaku and Baicalin against C. gloeosporioides of the C. oleifera showed M. cordata had the best inhibition effect against C. gloeosporioides of the C. oleifera. When Concentration was 500 mg/L, the inhibition rate of M. cordata extract was 71.7%, its EC50 was 149.88mg/L, and the inhibition rate of other 3 plant extracts were lower than M. cordata.(2)Research of synergistic interaction of environment-friendly bio-pesticides and chemical pesticidesSelect M. cordata, within Carbendazim and preserved in our laboratory C.anthracnose health antagonistic bacteria Y13, using different application methods, t study on biological pesticides and environment-friendly chemical pesticides synergies. The results showed that:a single application of Carbendazim three times the average control efficiency and ultimately achieve 76,81%, can effectively inhibit the tea anthracnose disease, and for different forest ages, different varieties have very good control effect; a single application after three M. cordata, the average control efficiency and ultimately achieve 62.28% of C.anthracnose has a preventive effect, can control the C.anthracnose disease, and for different forest ages, different breeds have certain control effect. Control of biological pesticides and chemical pesticides found synergy, the best source of biological and chemical agents Y13, Carbendazim, botanical medicine Macleaya rotation applied, namely the first administration Y13, the second administration of Carbendazim. Finally, application of M. cordata ultimately control effect of 82.77%, indicating that the disease originated in the use of biological pesticides to control the disease after Y13, administration and environment-friendly chemical pesticides Carbendazim and botanical pesticides M. cordata extract synergistically increase C. anthracnose prevention effect. It suggests that the use of biological pesticides with chemical pesticide application of prevention and treatment of C. anthracnose, has a synergistic effect, and good control effect in the forest. |
