Research Of Environment-friendly Pesticide Against Camptoloma Interiorata

Camptoloma interiorata is a leaf-eating insect that harms oaks and broad-leaved trees. There are some characteristics of this pest,for example, distributing widely, break out strongly, damaged large,leading so many economic losing. In order to control the pest effectively, it is necessary to research prevention technology. In the past years, long-term and largely use of chemical pesticides to control forest pests, which bring a series of environmental pollution, pest resistance and resurgence issues.To alleviate the problems of ecological and environmental caused by chemical pesticides, this paper aims to use environmentally friendly pesticides to control Camptoloma interiorata. Through indoor screening test, evaluation of a variety of environment-friendly insecticides on Camptoloma interiorata control effect. It will provide a theoretical basis for the Camptoloma interiorata prevention and control of large areas of forest, which has certain positive significance for the promotion of sustainable forestry development. The paper mainly include the following parts:At first, the type of environment-friendly pesticide, Camptoloma interiorata and its prevention, as well as the selected characteristic of several environment-friendly pesticide in this artic are elaborated.Second, using of 1.5% pyrethrum water emulsion, 0.5% veratridine WP, 0.3% azadirachtin EC, 7.5% rotenone EC, 1.2% nicotine ? matrine EC, 0.2% emamectin EC and 60% ethyl spinosad suspension as indoor spraying experiment, to select suitable pharmaceutical formulation and concentration. The results showed 0.5% veratridine WP 600 times liquid have the best control effect, the mortality rate reached 96.7%, the corrected mortality was 96.7%.Third, using of 1.5% pyrethrum water emulsion, 1.2% nicotine ? matrine EC and 60% ethyl spinosad suspension as environment-friendly pesticide, paper rope as carrier, through indoor experiment to select suitable pharmaceutical formulation and concentration. The results showed 1.5% pyrethrum water emulsion 10 times have the best control effect, the mortality rate and corrected mortality were 96.0%, 95.3%, 94.0% and 95.9%, 95.2% and 94.0%, respectively, after application at 1、3、and 5d.
