There are many activity substances in plants, which terpenes represent a significant proportion. Currently, researchers studied of terpenes are mainly concentrated in the separation of its components, Identification of structural and the biological activity. This study selected a-pinene as the research object, modified its structure to obtain seven kinds of derivatives. Using 1HNMR, GC-MS analytical means were characterized, putting the gypsy moth (Lymantria dispar) third instar larvae as test insects screen two excellent insecticidal activity derivatives by measuring toxicity. The two derivatives had an effect on detoxification enzymes, the protective enzyme, acetylcholinesterase for gypsy moth larvae and the biological activity and metabolism of several pathogens that conducted the first study.Designed to ascertain the role mechanisms of insects and pathogenic of these two derivatives to develop a safe, efficient, good environmental compatibility of new botanical pesticides to provide a theoretical basis. using stomach method to Bioassay for the third instar gypsy moth larvae, the results showed that:derivatives of 3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl-a-pinene maleimido Hydrazone and (10z)-N-(5.7.7-trimethyl [4.1.0] heptan-4 ethylenediamine-3-ylidene) aniline had ideal virulence role of gypsy moth larvae. When the time is 72h at a concentration of 100mg/L lymantria dispar three instar larvae of mortality of respectively for 70.92% and 86.88%. It illustrates both a-pinene derivatives gypsy moth larvae have higher biological activity.To mechanism of action of these two derivatives on gypsy moth larvae, Using activity assay CarE, CAT, SOD, AChE activity was measured in vivo. The other hand it has a clear activating effect on the CAT and SOD activity that the maximum values were 1.62 and 1.42 times the control. When the (10z)-N-[5.7.7-trimethyl(4.1.0) heptyl-4-ethylenediamine -3-subunit] aniline dealed with the 3rd instar larvae of gypsy moth it performanced volatility about CarE the largest inhibition rate was 0.314time,it shows some inhibition for CAT and AChE activity the largest inhibition rate were 0.674 and 0.26 time,Exhibited inhibition first after activation phenomenon for SOD activity.To further study the biological activity of these two derivatives in other areas, tThis experiment screen by six kinds of pathogen, the results showed that:3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl-a-pinene maleimido acylhydrazone has a certain sensitivity for Botryosphaeria fusisporae,the minimum concentration is 0.04g/L. It makes Botryosphaeria fusisporae mycelial growth slowly, weight loss and advance to the decline phase, the pH of bacteria Great extent reduced, the conductivity significantly higher, macromolecules absorbance increase, the ability to use sugar decline, soluble protein increased and the POD and CAT enzyme activity decreased.
