Linaria vulgaris is one kind of perennial distributing in North and Northeast of China.It can be applied in the garden in the form of diversification,such as the groudcover, the lawn compose flowers and the flower border and so on. Its natural habitat covers saline habitat,Harbin for example.To evaluate its adaptive capacity in the different salinity habitat,the L. vulgaris which is the natural vegetation in the Sun Island Scenic Spot was the test meterails,studing the difference between the different developmental stage of L. vulgaris under the northeast soda salinity-alkalinity stress. The research has great meaning to reasonable application of L. vulgaris.The study simulated 15 different concentrations of alkaline salt stress environment with Na2CO3 and NaHCO3, Na2CO3(5,10,20,40,80 mmol/L), NaHCO3 (20,40,60,80,100 mmol/L) and mixed solution (10、20、40、60、80 mmol/L). Research shows that relative physiological characteristics of the seed,annual seedlings,perennial seedlings have different changes, the results show that the following:1. Under the 3 groups of the manual simulated environment ,the germination rate and the germinative potential were lower,the manual simulated environment delayed the seed germination,the embryo became black under the 80 mmol/LNa2CO3 and the 100 mmol/L NaHCO3.2. Under the 3 groups of the manual simulated environment,there was some morphologic chages in the annual seedlings and perennial seedlings, under the stress of 80 mmol/LNa2C03 and the 100 mmol/L NaHCO3,the plants dried-up.the roots roted;The growth rate of annual seedlings and perennial seedlings along with increase of the stress concentration and the time all have different of lower,the plants stoped growing under the late stress with the stress of 40,80 mmol/LNa2CO3 and 80 mmol/LNaHCO3.3. The RWC of the annual seedlings、the perennial seedlings of L. vulgaris is inversely proportional to the stress time, stress intensity; The proline content and relative electric conductivity was positive to the stress time and the stress intensity; Chlorophyll content, soluble protein content is higher than contrast or similar, and changing trend is different under different concentration process; SOD activity of the treatment of Na2CO3 (5、10、20 mmol/L)、 NaHCO3 (20、40、60 mmol/L)、mixed solution (10、20、40、60、80 mmol/L) was along with the time grows, SOD activity of the rest of the concentration of stress treatment first rised after falling; POD activity of the three group first rised after falling.4. The salinity and alkalinity resistance of the perennial seedlings was higher than the annual seedlings, the growth rate of the annual seedlings was lower than the perennial seedlings, accumulation of the proline was lower than the perennial seedlings, the falling range of the RWC was bigger than the perennial seedlings.5. Degree of influence of the RWC, relative electric conductivity, proline content of the annual seedlings,the perennial seedlings of L. vulgaris was Na2CO3 > NaHC03> mixed solution. To some extent we can think that the stress strength of the three gro up of stress environments was Na2CO3 > NaHC03> mixed solution.
