This paper select several kinds of main cultivated area is larger in Jiang Yong area of tobacco planting patterns represented (in flue-cured tobacco continuous cropping (C) for comparison), combined with the analysis of vega soil nutrition, soil micro ecology, soil enzyme activity and quality of tobacco leaf production to analyze the contrast smoke tobacco cropping (A) continuous cropping rice, potato intercropped (B),Tobacco mustard revaccination continuous cropping (D), Tobacco corn crop rotation(E),the several planting patterns and inferiority, so as to smoke zone in cropping systems provide certain reference for the selection of aspects. The main results were as follows:Vega soil nutrient status analysis shows that the continuous cropping in flue-cured tobacco (C) as the control group. Smoke rice cropping (A) and continuous cropping tobacco potato intercropped (B) has A smaller effect on soil PH value trend,tobacco-mustard cropping and continuous cropping tobacco tobacco-corn crop rotation can make the soil from weak acid to weak alkaline change; Cropping continuous cropping rice cropping and continuous cropping tobacco smoke-mustard, tobacco and corn crop rotation are soil nutrient status was improved to a certain extent, and the smoke potato intercropped have certain negative effects on the content of soil organic matter;Smoke rice cropping, smoke corn crop rotation and continuous cropping tobacco leaf mustard revaccination continuous cropping can significantly improve nitrogen nutrition in the soil, but not for smoke potato intercropped this effect; Tobacco cropping continuous cropping rice cropping and continuous cropping tobacco leaf mustard can significantly improve the soil p nutrition supply; The different planting patterns on vega soil K nutrient difference is not obvious.Vega soil micro ecological status analysis shows that the change trend of bacteria number as follows:B>D>E>A>C, smoke potato intercropped (B) can make the increase of the number of soil bacteria has been extremely significant; The change tendency of the fungi number is:D>A>B>>C E; The change trend of actinomycetes number is:D>C> B>A>E; The smoke-mustard processing mode can make the number of actinomyces and fungi in vega soil presents significantly increased;The amount of microorganism is shown as: D>C>B>A>E; Vega under different planting patterns in soil microbial population distribution are:bacteria content was the highest in all process, for the culturable microorganisms in soil for the main groups, the content of actinomycetes, fungi, content and the content are least within1%of the total microbe. Bacteria changes for: C>B>A>D>E, the change of the proportion of fungi as:D>A>B>>C E, the change of the proportion of actinomycetes to:C<<B<<E D; Thus reflects the compared with the control group (C), other test processing can increase the number of microorganisms in soil. Microbial biomass carbon is shown as:D>B>A>E>C,microbial biomass nitrogen is shown as:C=E<A<B=D, thus it can be seen compared with treatment (C) other tests are? can increase the soil microorganisms.(C) as the control group in flue-cured tobacco crop. Vega soil enzyme activity analysis showed that other groups of test process can increase to a certain extent of soil catalase, sucrase, urease, cellulose enzyme and the activity of phosphatase, Thus reflects the other group compared to control group processing mode can strengthen the material recycle and sustainable utilization of soil in the soil.(C) as the control group in flue-cured tobacco crop.
