In order to investigate the effect of corn stalk on the improvement of soil and increasing of soil fertility, composting corn organic fertilizer experiment was conducted to study the effects on physical and chemical properties of tobacco -planting soil and tobacco grow, photosynthetic characteristics, economic character, physical character and chemical components of flur-cured tobacco. The results as follows:(1) Adding decomposition maturing agent can speeding up the compost maturity of corn stalks.(2)The soil bulk density could be reduced during corn stalk returning test; and soil porosity could be increased; and the soil organic matter,, available P, available K could be improving.(3) The organic fertilizer of composting corn stalks could improve tobacco agronomic character during middle and late growth period of tobacco.(4) The organic fertilizer of composting corn stalks could improve PAR and LAI of tobacco during middle and late growth period of tobacco; and improve chlorophyll content and photosynthetic capacity of tobacco.(5) The organic fertilizer of composting corn stalks could improve yield and output of tobacco.(6) The organic fertilizer of composting corn stalks could improve leaf width proportion of tobacco, increase leaf thickness of tobacco and weight per leaf of tobacco.(7) The organic fertilizer of composting corn stalks could improve potassium contents of flue-cured tobacco;and that could imprive nicotine contents, total nitrogen contents and chlorine contents of upper flue-cured tobacco.
