Global warming will cause the greenhouse effect, resulting in resources andenvironmental problems, affecting the sustainable of social and economicdevelopment, but the causes of global warming is due to increasing CO2concentration in atmosphere, soil respiration of CO2releasing process is themain way of gas exchanged between the soil and the atmosphere, therefore, CO2research is needed to pay more attention to.An experiment was conducted to explore the effects of fertilization on theorchard soil respiration rate under water storage pit irrigation, thisarticle set three different fertilizer solution concentration levels, including0g/L,0.749g/L and1.248g/L, using LI-COR-6400Portable Photosynthesis bysupporting analyzer chamber measurements of soil respiration system, In ShanxiProvince Academy of Agricultural Sciences’ Orchards of fruit trees experimentalzone with different fertilizer solution concentrations in soil to measuring soilrespiration rates. This experimental research under the condition of water storagepit irrigation, at different fertilizer solution concentration processing in theorchard, the seasonal variation of soil respiration rate and daily variation law, the relationship between the soil respiration rate with impact factors, the change ruleof soil respiration rate from the trunk at different locations and change ruleunder different irrigation methods of soil respiration rate. By the research of soilrespiration characteristics and influencing factors under certain environmentalconditions, we can understand the metabolic process and the basic law of soilrespiration to explore environmental factors and the correlation orchard soilrespiration.The main findings are as follows:1. Under the condition of water storage pit irrigation, seasonal changes anddaily variations of soil respiration rate both showed a asymmetry single peakcurves with the first rise and then fall throughout the whole of fruit treesgrowing period in the orchards. Soil respiration rate is not the effect of differentirrigation methods and processing methods, which changes the dynamic trendremained the same. Seasonal variation is about in July reached the maximum,mature harvest around October when minimized; Diurnal variation is in theafternoon in reached the peak and around seven o ’clock in the morningappeared lowest value.2. According to the average of soil respiration rate under different fertilizersolution concentration processing show the soil respiration rate will be increasedwith fertilizer solution concentration gradually increased, fertilizer solutionconcentration of1.248g/L soil respiration rate values in the highest, shows thatapplying a certain amount of fertilizer can increase the soil respiration rate. 3. On the whole, the soil respiration rate with the increase of the distancefrom the trunk gradually decreased. However, through water storage pit in thedirection away from the trunk at50cm and without water storage pit in directionfrom trunk at60cm of soil respiration rate to more than30cm away from thetrunk of soil respiration rate is high.4. Considering the effects of each layer soil temperature on soil respirationrate, the relationship between soil temperature and soil respiration10cmunderground under different treatments at more closely, showed a significantpositive correlation. Within a certain range, the soil respiration rate increasedwith the soil temperature increases exponentially.5.Considering there lative air humidityon soil respiration, soilrespiration and air relative humidity under different treatments wasnegatively correlated.6. Consider the impact of soil moisture on soil respiration rate, there is nosignificant correlation between soil respiration and soil moisture under differenttreatment.7. Considering the influence of soil temperature, soil moisture and airrelative humidity, research synergies on soil respiration rate, the results showedthat soil temperature, soil moisture and relative humidity are the main factorsaffecting the soil respiration, soil respiration is the soil temperature soil moistureand relative humidity combined effect results.
