Our country is a large rape producer, whose average Plant area and yield keep the biggest in the world all the time, production efficiency has yielded little result. The middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze river serve as the main rape producing area of our country, with gravelly fall behind cultivating means, big working intensity and low economic effect. The domestic research on rape transplanting technology is not very mature at present, transplanting machine which appeared on the market or public rapeseed still cannot fully meet the needs of the production, based on the research of rape transplanting machine through this innovative design, a planting hole forming machine, for the design of new construction type rapeseed transplanting machine to solve the problem of rapeseed transplanting operation such as the production practice has the extremely important research value and practical significance.Through determining physical and mechanical properties of soil, analysis of the single pile ultimate bearing capacity calculation method, combination with the determination of the soil firmness, derive the formula for calculating Qu limit of soil shear strength and the formula of soil friction resistance Qf, provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the subsequent design and theoretical analysis.Through analysis the motion dynamics of buried, unearthed process for the cylindrical hole thorn, established mechanics model of buried, unearthed process for the cylindrical hole thorn, get the various force vector. Combined with the agronomic requirements, completed the design of the whole machine.Use the modeling software of Matlab and Pro/E, optimize design of bearing member for hole forming device-the crawler walking system, in pursuit of caterpillar mathematical model is established with the target of the total length of the shortest, obtain the structure parameters and installation location of working parts of the crawler walking system, such as the driving wheel, tension wheel, wheel bearing, pressure plate and the baseband of driven. To ensure the Planting Hole Forming Device of continuous, normal working, design the parametric equations of the surface processing, which control the cylindrical hole thorn of boring hole machine into and out of soil, using plog function of Matlab software to generate trajectory curve of the surface processing. Finite element static analysis of the surface processing, hole forming device, frame and other key components by using the software of simulation, to verify the reliability of the optimized structure of the stress, strain and displacement.The virtual assembly and motion simulation of the whole machine movement, verify the reliability and rationality of the design. Trial production prototype and complete the field trials. The results show, the machine speed1.65~1.7$km/h, the frequency of punch378each minute, the operation efficiency0.223hm2/h, the qualified rate of hole92.8%, planting holes can be formed to meet the agronomic requirements, the performance indexes meet the technical requirements, machine design meet the design expectations.
