Ophiopogon japonicus is a Chinese medicinal herb with the same medicinal and edible origin.The fruit of Ophiopogon japonicus,which is truly grown,can be used as medicine and has high economic and medicinal value.It is a pure natural healthcare treasure and has been increasingly favored by people in recent years.Due to the influence of temperature,climate,soil,planting technology and other conditions,Sichuan Ophiopogon japonicus planted in Santai County,Mianyang,has become a mainstream product in China,accounting for 70% of the national production.The Ophiopogon japonicus industry is one of the pillar industries in the local area.At the present stage,the planting of Sichuan Ophiopogon japonicus still relies on manual labor,which requires a large labor force.The high labor cost affects the income of farmers and hinders the development of the Sichuan Ophiopogon japonicus industry.Therefore,designing a wheat planter is of great significance for promoting the development of the Sichuan Ophiopogon japonicus industry and achieving modernization of agriculture in Sichuan Province.The main content of this article is as follows:Analyzing the current research and development status of planting machines at home and abroad,combined with the technical requirements of Sichuan Ophiopogon japonicus planting,it can be seen that the reason why Sichuan Ophiopogon japonicus does not achieve mechanized planting is not only because the appearance of Sichuan Ophiopogon japonicus seedlings is too special to plant,but also because the requirements of small row spacing and small plant spacing of Sichuan Ophiopogon japonicus are difficult to achieve with existing machines.Designed a direct insertion device for planting Ophiopogon japonicus;The basic working principle of the planting machine was analyzed,the kinematics mathematical model of the planting machine was established,and the auxiliary analysis software of Ophiopogon japonicus planting machine was made using Matlab,which is convenient for image output;Analyzed the impact of some parameters of the mechanism on the planting trajectory;The interior point method of obstacle function was used to optimize some parameters of the mechanism with the goal of minimizing the seedling angle.The optimization resulted in a decrease of 8.2 ° in the seedling angle;A virtual prototype model of the planting machine was established using ADAMS with optimized parameters for motion simulation,and the motion laws were analyzed to verify the optimization results.The morphological characteristic parameters of crops are of great significance for the design of agricultural machinery.The measurement of some morphological characteristic parameters of Sichuan Ophiopogon japonicus seedlings shows an average height of 8.16 mm,an average leaf base width of 1.25 mm,an average mass of 9.98 g,and a static friction coefficient of 0.44,providing a basis for the design of Ophiopogon japonicus planting machines.To shorten the design and development cycle of Ophiopogon japonicus planting machine,modular design was carried out for the Ophiopogon japonicus planting machine;The Ophiopogon japonicus planting machine was divided into control module,power module,walking module,interface module,seedling storage module,and execution module.Solidworks was used to design and model the Ophiopogon japonicus planting machine,with the focus on the design and analysis of the planting arm,seedling clamp,switch device under the execution module and key parts such as seedling tray,stepper drive device,seedling box,etc.of the planting module.A control system was designed using PLC as the controller,and a touch screen was used to replace external switches to control the electrical equipment of the planting machine.The corresponding operation interface was made to facilitate users.The designed planting machine works together with various parts to complete dense planting.The finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench is used to simulate the stress of the frame of the Ophiopogon japonicus planting machine under working conditions.Through statics analysis,the maximum stress of the frame is 20.605 MPa,the maximum deformation is0.226 mm,and the overall average deformation is 0.063mm;Obtain the first six modal shapes and natural frequencies of the frame through pre-stressed modal analysis,and the frame will not resonate with external excitation through analysis.The lightweight design of the rack was carried out using the response surface method to optimize with the goal of minimizing maximum deformation,average deformation,and geometric mass of the rack.Under the condition of ensuring good mechanical performance of the rack,the weight of the rack was reduced by 15.4%.In this way,it will save materials,reduce costs,and make the operation of the machine more convenient.
