| Rhizosphere is the interaction between plant roots and soil microorganisms circle [1], is the important portal that substances into the plant root,such as nutrient, water,useful and harmful substances in the material cycle in soil. Rhizosphere microorganism is an important component of plant rhizosphere. it is able to provide plant transformation and the secretion of nutrients, beneficial or harmful substances, affect the growth of plants,oxygation as a new technology of water saving irrigation, add the oxygen to irrigation water, in order to increase irrigation efficiency and increase the crop yield. Domestic and foreign scholars through the pumpkin, soybean, cotton, rapeseed, potato, autumn cucumber plants are aerobic treatment significantly increased plant biomass and yield, but not to study the effects of oxygation on soil microbial rhizosphere and the relationship between the agronomic base number and plant microbial populations.The purpose of this thesis is to explore the effects of Oxygation on super rice at the different growth stages of rhizosphere microorganisms, and analyze the relationship between Super Rice Agronomic traits, results showed that:1.Oxygation can improve the population and number of microorganism in rhizosphere soil of super rice, especially aerobic microorganisms, enhanced rhizosphere microbial cellulose decomposing ability;2.Oxygation can effectively promote tillering of super rice, plant dry matter formation, enhance the overall function of super rice plant, improve the seed setting rate and1000grain weight;3.Effects of Oxygation agronomic index and the number of microorganisms in the rhizosphere populations of super rice has positive correlation, Oxygation can improve soil microbial environment of super rice, promote aerobic microbial population is beneficial to the growth of plants growth, promote growth of plant;... |
