Grapevine virus diseases, which are serious and widespread diseases, restrict the healthy development of the grpe industry. Hunan Province, as an important grape producing region in the south of China, has not conducted a comprehensive survey to know their incidence. This thesis investigated the four different grape varieties planted areas in Hunan Province and try different detection methods to make clear the type of virus and the damage in grape preoducing area of Hunan Province. To ascertain the prevalence of grapevine virus diseases and play a key role in the prevention and control of the grapevine virus. Major has made the following results:(1) We investigated the four different grape species planted areas in Hunan province on2012-2013, After a preliminary investigation we found that four areas all have GFLV and GLRaV. In the fields, the incidence of GFLV is10%-40%, the incidence of GLRaV is5%-80%. In general, vinifera grapevine leafroll disease incidence higher than other varieties.(2) Use of tobacco、globe amaranth and Cucumber herbaceous plants and cabernet sauvignon as woody plants of collected samples for testing, there are29samples are positive in the55GFLV samples, performance detection rate was52.7%.61samples of grapevie leafroll disease has39positive, detection rate of62.3%. Woody plant indicator for roughness is required for grafting. In April2014for grafting, symptoms haven’t appeared and need to continue to observe.(3) On the basis of the indicator plant inspection,RT-PCR test of collection of samples, the results show that the detection of54samples detected27sample grapevine fanleaf disease,56leaf grapevine leafroll disease samples36are positive. The samples at the same time try to use the multiple rt-pcr to detect, currently only checked out a few samples for compound infection.
