| Under the conditions of applying water retention slow release fertilizer,KHM liquid film is applied on the field trials of lettuces,different treatments on growth,yield,quality and soil properties of lettuces have a significant impact.The experimental results are as follows:1.Mulching can effectively suppress evaporation of soil moisture.Evaporation was minimum after applying water retention slow release fertilizer and covering plastic film,and the maximum amount of evaporation of 2.5mm,then the treatment K3B of being covered KHM film and the treatment N3B of being covered humic acid sodium film.Spraying similar liquid film,when spraying large amount,the evaporation reaches the least.2.Mulching can increase soil temperature.The warming effects of soil was as follows:plastic mulch>KHM liquid fertilizer mulch> humic acid sodium mulch.Compared to spraying liquid film of the same amount different types,KHM liquid fertilizer film covering the soil,which temperature increase rate was higher than the processing of covering humic acid sodium film.Compared with the same kind of liquid film,the more the amount of spraying liquid film was,the higher the temperature was.3.Degrading liquid film can improve soil fertility.Under the conditions of applying water retention slow release fertilizer, and spraying large amount of KHM film,each nutrient content of the soil had reached the highest. Its soil organic matter.alkaline hydrolysis N,available phosphorus and available K contents were respectively increased by 19.85%,15.15%,20.70%,12.33% compared with no use mulching,which reached the significant levels.4.Mulching liquid film can improve total nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium content of lettuces.The total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium content had reached the highest,when spraying large amount of KHM film on lettuce.On the parts of ground and underground terms,nitrogen content were respectively increased by 34.65% and 26.58% than non-film treatment.Phosphorus content were respectively increased by 21.41% and 63.43% than non-film treatment. Potassium content were increased respectively by 8.41% and 17.76% than non-film treatment.5.Spraying liquid film can increase chlorophyll content and root activity of lettuce.When spraying large amount of KHM mulch on lettuce,chlorophyll content of lettuce had reached the highest.In the growth and harvest stage,chlorophyll content was respectively increased by 15.35% and 24.03% than non-film treatment.Under the conditions of applying water retention slow release fertilizer,then spraying a large amount of KHM film on soil/which the root activity of lettuce was the strongest,root activity increased by 12.36% than non-film treatment.6.Spraying liquid film can improve soil enzyme activity.When being covered liquid film on soil,soil enzyme activity had a significant difference than the control.Under the conditions of applying water retention slow release fertilizer,then spraying a large amount of KHM film on soil,the urease, sucrase and catalase activity of soil were respectively increased by 55.13%,42.50% and 25.68% than non-film treatment,which reached the significant levels.7.Spraying liquid film affects plant enzyme activity of lettuce. Enzyme activity in the plant were as follows:KHM liquid fertilizer mulch> humic acid sodium mulch>plastic mulch.Compared with the same kind of liquid film,the more the amount of spraying liquid film was,the much stronger enzyme activity were.When spraying a large amount of KHM film on soil,CAT activity of lettuce was increased by 32.35% than non-covered treatment,POD activity of lettuce was increased by 19.49% than non-covered treatment.MDA content of being covered liquid film was significantly lower than non-film treatment.Under the conditions of applying water retention slow release fertilizer.then spraying a large amount of KHM film on soil, MDA content of lettuce was decreased by 12.59% than the control.8.Spraying liquid film can increase production of lettuces.The treatment of K2,N2,S on mulching were respectively increased by 17.17%,11.69%,9.08% than the control,which reached the significant levels.Under the conditions of applying water retention slow release fertilizer,lettuce yields of mulching were significantly higher than non-film.The treatment of covering medium amount of KHM film.medium amount of humic acid sodium film and plastic mulch on lettuce were increased by 14.87%,12.45%,6.78% than non-film treatment,which reached the significant levels.The treatment of covering larger amount of KHM film was increased by 5.56% than covering larger amount of humic acid sodium film,which reached the significant levels.9.Spraying liquid film can improve the quality of lettuces.The processing of only being covered KHM film on soil,which sugar, Vc, soluble protein content of lettuce were respectively increased by 19.40%, 22.31%,12.86% than the comparison.Nitrate content of lettuce was decreased by 5.70% than comparison.Under the conditions of applying water retention slow release fertilizer,then spraying a large amount of KHM film on lettuce, which the sugar, Vc, soluble protein content were respectively increased by 54.73%,15.00%,19.36% than non-treated film.Nitrate content was decreased by 29.12% than comparison.We will also be applied the KHM liquid film on field trials of potatoes,different treatments on yield and quality of potatoes had a significant impact.The experimental results are as follows:1. Spraying liquid film can improve the quality of potatoes.The more spraying amount of KHM liquid film was, the better of the quality are.After spraying 15kg per acre KHM film,dry weight,starch content,soluble protein content, sugar content, Vc content were respectively increased by 14.80%,42.00%, 55.94%,204.75%,78.78% than the control.which reached the significant levels.2.Spraying liquid film can affect mineral element content of potatoes.After spraying 15kg per acre KHM film,the iron, manganese, copper, zinc, potassium content of potatoes were respectively increased by 86.27%,38.89%,56.63%,112.92%,42.24% than the control,which reached the significant levels.When spraying 10kg per acre KHM film,which the calcium and magnesium content of potatoes were 1205.00mg/kg,1430.7mg/kg,they reached the highest. When you increase the amount of spraying, calcium and magnesium content of potatoes were decreased.3.Spraying liquid film can increase yield of potatoes.Compared with the processing of not covering film, the treatment of mulching the plastic mulch was increased by 9.02%.Spraying 10 kg per mu KHM film was increased by 16.22%,spraying 15 kg per mu KHM film was increased by 29.04%,which reached the significant levels.Compared with the processing of covering plastic film,spraying 10 kg per mu KHM film was increased by 7.2%.Spraying 15 kg per mu KHM film was increased by 20.02%,which reached the significant levels. |
