In view of the onion the whole growth period,nitrogen slants big,the present situation of the fertilizer utilization ratio is low,in this paper,farmers often kind of onion varieties of"Snow White"for the material,adopt the way of the dew under mulch drip irrigation,increasing potassium fertilizer application,reduce and partly replace with the amino acid liquid fertilizer applying nitrogen content after the impact on growth,yield and quality of onion,explore the onion best n application in the process of planting,The effects of potassium fertilizer dosage and amino acid dosage on growth index,SPAD value,yield,quality and storage of onion could provide corresponding guidance for onion production and cultivation.The experimental results of this paper are as follows:(1)In the two groups with 20%(N1)and 30%(N2)nitrogen reduction,with the increase of liquid amino acid fertilizer usage,compared with CK,the plant height,stem diameter and leaf length of onion plant morphological indexes increased by 4.09%,3.91%,7.51%and 4.76%,5.74%and 6.90%,respectively.The transverse stem and longitudinal stem of onion bulbs increased by 3.27%,4.86%and3.19%,4.71%,respectively,compared with CK.Compared with CK,onion yield increased by 10%and6.61%on average;In terms of quality index,nitrate content decreased by 30.11%and 25.53%compared with CK on average;Compared with CK,soluble solids increased by 6.68%and 8.86%on average.Soluble protein increased by 43.09%and 75.61%compared with CK.Compared with CK,VC content increased by1.64 and 1.58(mg·(100g)-1)on average.The yield and economic benefit of the two groups were increased by 3.15%and 3.43%,respectively,by 20%(N1)reduced nitrogen and 30%(N2)liquid amino acid fertilizer.Compared with the former,the contents of soluble solids,soluble protein and soluble sugar increased by 2.10%,23.08%and 20.40%respectively.When the nitrogen reduction was 20%(N1),the yield and quality of onion were the highest when the liquid amino acid fertilizer application was M1 and M2.When nitrogen reduction amount was 30%(N2),liquid amino acid fertilizer application amount was M1,M2,onion quality performance was the best,the yield index was better.(2)When the application rate of urea was 17.5 kg·667 m-2 and the application rate of water-soluble amino acid fertilizer was 26 kg·667 m-2,the plant characters,bulb characters,yield index and quality index could be improved.Compared with CK,onion plant height and leaf number increased by 8.32%and 6.86%,respectively.The yield increased by 19.40%compared with CK;The cross stem of onion bulb increased by12.17%and 14.24%compared with CK,and the quality index of onion bulb was also improved.(3)The plant height,stem diameter,leaf length,leaf width and leaf number increased by 8.52%,4.73%,10.26%and 2.22%compared with CK1 when the application rates of urea,potassium and liquid amino acid were 16.25 kg·667 m-2,22 kg·667 m-2 and 23 kg·667 m-2,respectively.The yield increased by20.21%compared with CK1;Compared with CK1,the transverse stem and longitudinal stem of bulb increased by 11.47%and 5.23%,respectively.In terms of quality indexes,soluble solids,soluble protein,soluble sugar and Vc increased by 5.50%,138.89%,12.94%and 2.40mg·(100 g)-1,respectively,and nitrate content decreased by 13.29%compared with CK1.The plant height,stem diameter,leaf length,leaf width and leaf number increased by 7.28%and 5.71%compared with CK1 when the application rate of urea was13.75 kg·667 m-2,potassium fertilizer was 22 kg·667 m-2 and liquid amino acid fertilizer was 23 kg·667m-2.7.05%,9.13%,9.70%;The yield increased by 28.84%compared with CK1;Compared with CK1,the transverse stem and longitudinal stem of bulb increased by 14.28%and 6.11%,respectively.Compared with CK1,soluble solids,soluble protein,soluble sugar and Vc increased by 7.39%,272.22%,20.12%and 2.74mg·(100 g)-1,respectively,and nitrate content decreased by 16.48% compared with CK1...
