The optimal fertilization depth of corn and cotton was obtained by the experiment result of the brothers. This experiment adopted root canal method and tested with the immature soil material. (l)The depth of fertilize was 40-60cm in cotton, research influence from different fertilizers (NPK and ORG, ORG) and the different annual precipitation (drought year 275.9mm, Normal flow year 482.8mm, High flow year 763.9mm) on cotton root aboveground productivity and root-soil systems built. (2) To fertilize in 60-80cm soil depth of maize, research the influence of different fertilizers (NPK and ORG, ORG) and the different annual precipitation (drought year 275.9mm, normal flow year 482.8mm, High flow year 763.9mm) on cotton root aboveground productivity and root-soil systems built. The question was answered: which fertilization can effective promote the completion of the root-soil system in the different precipitation, finally, the purpose was achieved that the soil was matured. Measurement indicators included aboveground productivity (maize and cotton stalk weight, bolls weight, total maize kernel weight and kernel weight), underground root weight, root NPK nutrition, rhizosphere soil enzymes activity (urease, sucrase, alkaline phosphatase) and rhizosphere soil nutrients (nitrogen, available phosphorus, organic matter).The results show:(1) In drought years, the application of NPK fertilizer and ORG manure is beneficial for the improvement of cotton nutrients; It’s same that using NPK fertilizer and organic fertilizer, only using a kind of ORG manure to promoting the growth of maize.(2) When the water level is normal, organic fertilizer can improve maize and cotton nutrition.(3) In high flow years, the application of NPK fertilizer and organic fertilizer or ORG played the same role in promoting cotton nutrition. ORG fertilizer can improve cotton nutrition.Conclusion:Through the FACTOR and CLUSTER procedure of SAS9.1.3(1) In drought years, NPK fertilizer and ORG fertilizer was beneficial to the root-soil systems of cotton in the immature loess subsoil. It’s same that using NPK fertilizer and organic fertilizer, only using a kind of ORG manure to promoting the root-soil systems of maize in the immature loess subsoil. Using NPK fertilizer and organic fertilizer, cotton is more beneficial to the loess parent material raw land than maize.(2) In normal flow years, ORG fertilizer was beneficial to the root-soil systems of maize and cotton in the immature loess subsoil. Using organic fertilizer, cotton is more beneficial to the loess parent material raw land than maize.(3) In high flow years, it’s same that using NPK fertilizer and ORG fertilizer, only using a kind of ORG manure to promoting the root-soil systems of cotton in the immature loess subsoil. ORG fertilizer was beneficial to the root-soil systems of maize in the immature loess subsoil. Using organic fertilizer, cotton is more beneficial to the immature loess subsoil.
