Saline and alkaline land were widespread in the global scope, they were not only the difficult sites, but also the important land resources. As a kind of salinity and drought resistance plants, Nitraria played an important role in ecological management. Nitraria had a broad development prospects, and its branches and leaves have rich nutrition. Research and develop the economic value of Nitraria resources were better to promote its ecological benefits.Based on the different regions of Nitraria, this paper gived a foundation research on the characteristics of the mineral elements and amino acids, and developed the Nitraria Plant Salt with high-temperature calcination and normal-temperature ultrafiltration preparation methods, and determined the optimum factors on the technological process.1、Studied 8 kinds of mineral elements characteristics in the Nitraria sibirica and Nitraria tangutorum, which from 13 locations in 6 provinces and autonomous regions, and compared the differences of mineral element contents between different regions, different species and different parts. The results showed that the content of mineral elements in different regions had a little differences, but the mineral elements content of Nitraria sibirica general trend was higher than Nitraria tangutorum. In the leaves, the major elements content of Sodium and Calcium was higher, the Magnesium was the lowest, while the trace elements content of Iron was the highest and the Copper content was the lowest.2、The 18 kinds of total amino acids characteristics in 8 kinds of essential amino-acid of Nitraria sibirica Pall from Tianjin Dagang and Huanghua port had been determined, the nutritional value of essential amino acid were evaluated with FAO / WHO reference model of essential amino acid as an appraisal criterion. The results showed that the amino-acid in leaves and branches of Nitraria were rich in all kinds of amino acids,which had a high nutritional value. In addition to the proline, the ingredients in the mass fraction of leaves were higher than those of the branches. The content of amino acids in aspartic acid, glutamic acid, alanine and proline.were the highest,and the content of essential amino acid of leucine and valine were the highest. The first restriction essential amino acid in leaves was methionine+cystine, while the in branches was leucine.3、Studied on high-temperature calcination method for Nitraria plant salt preparation process, analysised the different ashing temperature effects on the extraction volume after carbonized, compared of different concentrations of acid solution for extraction rate influence, and summarized the factors that affecting extracting rate, the results showed that using 0.5mol / L of hydrochloric acid solution at room temperature to dissolved the carbonization, the Nitraria leaves powder should be gived full carbonization, and it could significantly improve the mineral extraction rate, especially for the trace elements. After the filtration, evaporation and crystallization that we could obtain the Nitraria plant salt, the contents of mineral elements was rich and the higher extraction yield in it.4、Studied of normal-temperature ultrafiltration method in the preparation of Nitraria plant salt process, we choosed the extraction temperature, extraction enzyme dosage, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction times as the single factor for research, so we could get the optimal parameter values for the factors. Combined with orthogonal test analysis results, ultimately determine the extraction temperature was 50 degrees, the extraction enzyme dosage was 1.5% of weight of Nitraria leaf powder, and the liquid ratio was 15:1, the extraction time was 6 hour, and the best extraction parameter was two times to extrac. The resulting extracts successively treated with clarification flocculate the organic and ultrafiltration membrane,The resulting Nitraia plant salt had rich mineral elements content as well as retained the easily absorbed small molecular substances, which could improve the Nitraria plant salt nutritional value.
