Ticks, as obligate blood-sucking arthropods, parasitize surface of livestock and Hyalomma belongs to Acarina, Ixodidae, Hyalomma Koch. Hyalomma bites people, animals, blood-sucking that caused harm directly. And it can spread protozoa, bacteria and viruses such as a variety of pathogenic microorganism, cause zoonoses. Hyalomma hazards, carrying and communication of pathogen species, with their is closely related to geographical distribution, vegetation breeding environment. In this study, using the etiology and molecular immunology methods, identified the ticks species of Cattle body surface and nature from the areas around turpan in Xinjiang, and investigated the epidemiology of cattle infected B.bovis.In order to formulate the barber, disease, and its media ticks prevention and control measures to provide a certain amount of data. The test for 3 to 7in the neighboring city of Turpan selected about 20 households backyard breeding cattle as well as the acquisition of cattle surface nature ticks(N = 1500), and its morphological and molecular bioogical identification. The results show that the city of Turpan ticks collected in the surrounding areas, the morphological identification of ticks of Hyalomma anatolicum anatolicum and Hyalomma asiaticum asiaticum, the use of molecular biology techniques, Hyalomma Koch in the area belong to the ribosome first two internal transcribed spacer(ITS-2) gene was amplified by PCR and sequenced;measured gene sequence similarity in GenBank landing Hyalomma anatolicum anatolicum ITS2 gene sequence was 99%, indicating that ticks collected for, consistent with the morphological identification. Draw advantage tick species Turpan surrounding area for Hyalomma anatolicum anatolicum..Using etiological approach, the distribution of these benefits in whole blood samples of cattle ticks breed natural grazing area acquisition(N = 684) were detected in blood smears. The results show: Turpan City surrounding areas after collecting 684 bovine whole blood by blood smears, the total positive rate 10.96%(75/684). Among them, the highest positive rate Turpan City townships for 16.05%(52/324), Toksun County cattle Babesia positive rate was 7.73%(17/220), Shanshan positive rate was 4.29%(6/140). Microscopic parasites found inside red blood cells and double buds for Babesia and Babesia parasite mixed infection of two. Indirect ELISA method for collecting bovine serum(N=244) were Babesia bovis and Babesia double bud antibody detection. The results showed that: Turpan surrounding areas from backyard farmers cattle cow pairs bud Babesia(B.bigemina) and bovine Babesia(B.bovis) of serum anti-antibody Positive rates were 13.52%(33/244) and 9.84%(24 / 244).
