To explore the difference of Thompson Seedless canopy microclimate of different trellis system, at the same time to realize the ability of different grape varieties adapt to the special climate, providing the basis theory for choose a suitable way of cultivation and improve the yield and quality. Select three kinds of common trellis in this area: horizontal trellis、small trellis Ⅰ、 small trellis Ⅱ, using the HOBO were weather stations, EI USB2 canopy temperature and humidity recorder and LAI-2200 analyzer to determine the daily change each part of three frame PAR, temperature and humidity and the LAI and fruit quality and yield at different positions;meanwhile; Li-6400 photosynthesis system and FMS-2 pulse modulated fluorometer are used to determine the photosynthesis and fluorescence parameters of six grape varieties(Thompson Seedless、Crimson seedless、Centennial Seedless、Flame Seedless、Kyoho、Red Globe).(1)The difference of average relative PAR and relative temperature inside the frame of the different trellis is that small trellisⅠ>horizontal trellis>small trellisⅡ,relative humidity show a contrary tendency; The frame surface internal microenvironment of horizontal trellis each part is more uniform, fruit total sugar content and Vc content high, but LAI and yield low; Although high yield small trellis II, fruit total sugar content low, and fruit firmness big; The high light interception of small trellisⅠ, and the temperature and humidity inside canopy is more suitable to Thompson Seedless, and the total fruit quality relative better, yield is high.(2)Thompson Seedless and Crimson seedless photosynthetic adaptability capacity of high lights and low lights and efficiency capacity, as well as the ability to self-protection under high temperature and strong light, Centennial Seedless, Flame Seedless and Kyoho photosynthetic adaptability are moderate to strong light and weak light, Centennial Seedless photo system II is easy to be damaged but strong ability to protect themselves, however Kyoho relatively weaker; The photosynthesis and the adaptability to strong light and weak light of Red Globe is relatively poor and self-protection ability is relatively weak.Among the three trellis the microclimate factors of small trellisⅠhad small difference,and microclimate relative stability,more suitable to Thompson Seedless cultivation in Turpan; Thompson Seedless and Crimson seedless are more suitable to the climate of Turpan,but the photosynthetic capacity of Red Globe and Kyoho is relatively poor,so unsuitability to the climate of Turpan.
