This experiment mainly explore the difference of grape leaves growth,fruit quality,temperature and humidity of grape leaves and the photosynthetic active radiation in greenhouses and open field cultivation in Turpan, and analyze the difference on photosynthesis and fluorescence characteristics of grapes under greenhouse and open field cultivation. the theoretical basis for the yield and quality of grape cultivation in arid area. Two premature fresh grape varieties which are'Flame Seedless' and 'Hongqitezao' as test materials in greenhouses and open field cultivation in Turpan,Measured the leaf, leaf area index, shoot length and fruit quality, by analyzing the grape leaves growth in relation to fruit quality under two cultivations The growth and fruit quality of grape leaves under two kinds of cultivated conditions were determined, At the same time, the Li-6400XT type portable photosynthesis measurement system and FMS-2 pulse regulating type fluorescence analyzer was used to measure the leaf photosynthetic parameters and fluorescenceunder the greenhouse and open field cultivation.; early maturity grape variety what name is 'Flame Seedless'as test material, Using EI-USB-[2.0] temperature and humidity recorder and HOBO weather station to determine temperature and humidity and photosynthetic active radiation of grape in greenhouses and open field cultivation, The main results are as following:(1) Pn diurnal changes of two kinds of cultivation mode grapes are "bimodal" curve, the average of Pn in greenhouse lower than open field cultivation; The daily average of Gs and Ci in greenhouse cultivation higher than open field cultivation, Tr was no significant difference. The daily average of Fv/Fm and ?PSII in greenhouse cultivation of two varieties higher than open field cultivation, The NPQ of open field cultivation slightly stronger; Comparison between species, the 'Hongqitezao' is Stronger than'Flame Seedless' in Fv/Fm and NPQ. Pn of leaf of Two varieties in open field cultivation was higher than greenhouse cultivation, Pn highest that was 'Flame Seedless' in open field;Within photo response, 'Hongqitezao'in greenhouse is maximum of Pnmax and AQY, 'Flame seedless' in Greenhouse is the minimum of LCP,LSP value of greenhouse was higher than open field cultivation; Within CO2 response, Rd and Pnmax of greenhouse were higher than the open field cultivation, CE was lower than the open field cultivation, CCP and CSP of greenhouse were lower than in open field cultivate.(2) On temperature and relative humidity, Above frame is higher than under the shelf in greenhouse, under the shelf is higher than above shelf in open field cultivation; The temperature in open field cultivation is higher than in the greenhouse,'Flame Seedless'under the shelf in open field cultivation reaches the highest value,The highest greenhouse humidity is the above shelf of'Flame Seedless'. PAR of above frame is always higher than under the shelf, that in open field cultivation is higher than that in greenhouse; In the same development process, The temperature in open field cultivation is always higher than in greenhouse, 'Flame Seedless' of above shelf in fruiting stage reaches the highest temperature,that has 5 degrees difference with the above shelf of'Flame Seedless'in greenhouse. Humidity of greenhouse cultivation showed a downward trend, Open field cultivation humidity rise. In the bud, humidity of between the greenhouse and open field cultivation has large difference;During the flowering period, humidity in greenhouse is far higher than in open field cultivation; When the fruit is ripe,humidity has no difference. Open field cultivation in any period of PAR was higher than that of greenhouse cultivation, Early flowering period,in greenhouse and open cultivation, PAR in above shelf of Flame Seedless'has biggest gap.(3) Greenhouse of two grape varieties leaf area, shoot length, leaf area index were higher than the open field cultivation, Grape chlorophyll of open field cultivation higher than greenhouse. Grape single panicle weight of greenhouse was higher than open field cultivation, Single panicle weight of greenhouse 'Hongqitezao' was significantly higher than in open field, Single grain weight of open field'Hongqitezao' and'Hongqitezao'of greenhouse doesn't exist significant differences, single grain weight of Greenhouse Flame seedless was significantly higher than that in open field Flame seedless. There was a significant difference in total sugar content of Greenhouse'Hongqitezao'and open field'Hongqitezao',open Field 'Hongqitezao'above the greenhouse' Hongqitezao' around 3%,therewas no difference in total sugar content between Greenhouse 'Flame seedless' and open field'Flame Seedless'.Soluble solids of open field cultivation significantly higher than greenhouse, difference of about 7%;There was no difference in Vc between Greenhouse and open field cultivation.
