In order to finde out appropriate varieties and spacing configuration for summer soybean in north of Xinjiang,a experiment was conducted at YiLi from July in 2013 to November in 2014.This experiment analysed the effect on agronomic traits and yield in different varieties,at the same time we compared the law of the field microclimate, photosynthetic characteristics and yield in different field configuration, aimed at providing theoretical basis for summer soybean high yield cultivation techniques in north of Xinjiang. The main experiment results as follows:1. In order to filtered out yielding summer soybean varieties that suitable for planting in of Xinjiang. We studied the relationship between main agronomic traits and yield of the 8 summer soybean varieties which tested by field trials and gray correlation analysis method. The results showed that the highest yield of Heihe 35 were 3160.7kg·hm-2, followed by Heihe 45 to 3081.17kg·hm-2 and Heihe 43 to 2973.43 kg·hm-2. Correlation of yield and main agronomic traits sorted in descending order:grain weight of per plant> plant grains> kernel weight> main stem section> pod> height> stem diameter> cavity number.2. The results showed that the increasing of plant spacing and decreasing of row spacing under equal spacing model, chlorophyll content(SPAD),leaf area index(LAI) and photosynthetic rate(Pn) decreased, which was TA>TE>TC,and the cumulative average of TA were higher 8.89%,19.20% and 2.72% than TC on SPAD,LAI and Pn respectively, but TD were higher 5.01%,2.98%,2.72%,18.73%,7.09% than TA under the condition of same planting spacing on SPAD,LAI and Pn.Yield in TB(1628.94kg·hm-2) of the maximum spacing was higher 43.62%,75.69%,25.03%and 51.21% than TA,TC,TD and TE,respectively.3. The results showed that the increasing of plant spacing and decreasing of row spacing under equal spacing model, the canopy humidity decreased, which was TA>TE>TC,and the cumulative average of TA were higher 8.83%, than TC on canopy humidity. The canopy humidity measurement period average of TD was higher 5.01% than TA. Determination of the planting distance the most wide spacing TB period canopy humidity measurement period average were 5.22% higher than TD. 0 ~ 20 cm and 20 ~ 40 cm soil moisture content change trends are basically identical. Such as the soil moisture content determination of TC than TA, TE processing period average high of 6.94%, 9.50% respectively in 0 ~ 20 cm and TA, TE, TC phase determination of the average performance for TC>TE>TA,Which TC processing respectively 6.42%, 2.86% higher than TA,TE processing in the 20 ~ 40 cm.From what has been discussed above that Heihe 35,Hehei 45,Heihe 43 are suitable for planting in north of Xinjiang, which indicated that decreasing the plant spacing and increasing row planting appropriately was one of the important measures to improve the summer soybean yield.
