| Oiltea(Camellia oleifera Abel.) is mainly distributed in south 14 provinces in China and Hunan is the most, the sink-source relationship is one of main factor limiting the increase of oiltea’s yield and quality. Camellia oleifera ’XCL15’as research materials and the effects of different sink-source relationship on photosynthesisã€photosynthetic antivities of photosystem â…¡ and distribution of photosynthates and quality of fruit using gas exchange analysisã€JIP-test analysis and 13C tracer technique. The information obtained is valuable to further increase efficiency in oiltea production on different sink-source relationship. The results are as follows:The effects of different sink-source relationship on photosynthetic pigments〠photosynthetic characteristics and chlorophyll fluorescence were studied in this paper. The results showed that the Content of chlorophyll〠photosynthesis were reduced by thinning fruit, and the related parameters. Compared with 4 leaves with 1 fruit and 2 leaves with 1 fruit the Pn and Fv/Fm are increase 3.58%,6.45%,6.09%,9.63% respectively, however the related parameters of the Pn and photosynthetic characteristics are not significant differences on removal of fruiting branches.Stable isotope 13C tracer technology was used to study effects of different sink-source relationship on characteristics of distribution of photosynthetic product. The result showed that:when the leaves increases, more 13C-assimilate transports to fruit, Compared with 4 leaves with 1 fruit and 2 leaves with 1 fruit, the treatment of 6 leaves the 13C-assimilate was increase 76.74% and 200.78% respectively; The leaves of Different position can produce different photosynthetic product, and the closest to the fruit branches contract product quantity, Compared with up and down, the middle 13C-assimilate was increase 34.43% and 137.75% respectively; The content of 13C of fruit was 14.94 higher than bud; The distribution of photosynthetic productsin different positions have significant difference in fruit.The effects of different sink-source relationship on fruit size〠oil content and fatty acid composition. The result showed that:the ransverseã€longitudinal size of the fruit are increasing with the increased of the numbers of leaves. Compared with 4 leaves with 1 fruit and 2 leaves with 1 fruit the the transverseã€longitudinal size and fruit weight were increase 64.06% and 26.89% respectively; when keeping the symmetry branch with fruit removal, the 2 leavesã€4 leaves and 6 leaves with 1 fruit were increased by 11.43%ã€37.80% and 10.21%. But the effects of different sink-source relationship on oil content and fatty acid composition are not Significant.In conclusion, The photosynthetic, carboxylation efficiency andchlorophyll fluorescence parameters will reduce by increasing sink-source ratio; The sink-source relationship change can influence that characteristics of distribution of assimilate distribution,at the same time reducting the ratio of sink-source can significantly increase fruit size and weight, but no significant influence on oil content and fatty acid composition. |
