Paulownia is a species of fast-growing hardwood, our country’s important country in recent years, with the constant expansion of planting area, the business continues to increase, in Hunan, Hubei province of China appeared a commercial grower, the urgent need to establish a Paulownia formula fertilization by soil testing technology system of fast-growing and high-yield forest, strengthen the research of Paulownia nutrient comprehensive management of soil microbial properties and enzyme activity of forest of Paulownia nutrients is the foundation of system testing technology. According to the "Hunan province Paulownia Timber for fertilizer and fertilization technology promotion and demonstration based on Soil Microorganism of Paulownia plantation under different fertilization conditions and the change of soil enzyme activity, study on fertilization system on soil microbial characteristics and effect of soil enzyme activity, in order to evaluate the fast-growing and high-yield plantation soil fertility quality of Paulownia, Paulownia research and provide the basis for the formula fertilization by soil testing.A randomized complete block, repeated 3 times. Design of 2 treatment of the fertilizer effect of Paulownia forest test:applying organic fertilizer and Paulownia compound fertilizer, organic fertilizer for the 3kg/strain, Paulownia special compound fertilizer application rate of 2kg/lines, each experiment were 3 repeat treatments. Paulownia mature forest field fertilizer experiment design 2 process:the common compound fertilizer, blank treatment, the common compound fertilizer fertilizer 2kg/plant. Both fertilization for 3 years. The establishment of a fixed standard of 12,7 and determination of physicochemical properties of the 10 indicators of biological characteristics.The main results are as follows:l)Paulownia special compound fertilizer can significantly increase the number of fungi, bacteria in the soil, Paulownia special compound fertilizer fertilizer treatment under the conditions of the total soil microorganism is 273.32×107cfu/g dry soil, significantly higher than other treatments (p< 0.01), compared to the control, biological organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer increased by 199.17%,123.45%,96.08%.2)Paulownia special compound fertilizer could significantly improve the soil urease, invertase, acid phosphatase, sucrase:Paulownia special compound fertilizer treatments compared to the control, organic fertilizer, bio organic fertilizer were increased by 230.77%,186.67%,207.14%; the soil catalase:organic fertilizer compared to the control, the special compound fertilizer. Fertilizer, biological fertilizer were increased by 21.76%, 4.07%,5.92% mixed; urease:Paulownia special compound fertilizer treatments compared to the control, organic fertilizer, bio organic fertilizer were increased by 79.01%,46.32%, 33.21%; acid phosphatase:fertilizing inorganic fertilizer treatment compared to the control, organic fertilizer, biological fertilizer increased respectively 72.40%,7.17%,37.97%.3)Paulownia special compound fertilizer could increase the content of soil microbial biomass carbon, nitrogen and phosphorus, soil, microbial biomass carbon:Paulownia special compound fertilizer treatments compared to the control, organic fertilizer, bio organic fertilizer were increased by 321.02%,91.06%,42.87%; microbial biomass nitrogen: Paulownia special compound fertilizer treatments compared to the control, organic fertilizer, bio organic fertilizer were increased by 386.87%,91.06%,203.86%; microbial biomass P:compared to the control, Paulownia special compound fertilizer, biological organic fertilizer were increased by 238.58%,176.60%,7.39% mixed organic fertilizer treatments.4)Through the correlation between the organic and inorganic compound fertilizer fertilizer treatment under the conditions of soil enzymes, microbial numbers, microbial biomass and soil nutrient analysis showed that the correlation between them and soil nutrients were good, indicating that soil enzymes, microbial numbers, microbial biomass can be used as evaluation index of soil fertility quality.
