The experiment studied Condition gone down to the dynamic changes of soilmircroorganism biomass C,N,P, soil enzyme activity of the red soil inChangsha,Hunan,based on different applying fertilizer(Purely applied chemicalfertilizer, Purely given the organic fat, different proportion of the chemical and organicfertilizer matched, intercropped clove).This paper compared with influence on qualityand yield of the tea under different fertilisation,discussed the applying fertilizer patternof sustainable development in tea garden. The main results were as following:(1) Under different fertilization treatment, soil total nitrogen,soil total potassiumand soil organic matter varied degree increasings. The greatest rises of soil totalnitrition,soil total potassium and soil organic matter were which the organic andchemical fertilization matched, It was more advantageous to the accumulation effectthan the others.(2) Under different fertilization treatment, soil microorganism biomass C,N,Pobvious increased than not applying fertilizer.The content of organic and inorganicfertilizer matched was higher than the others, indicted it can improve the activity of thesoil microorganism biomass greatly, and inspired the increasing of the soilmicroorganism biomass.(3)Various fertilization treatment can increasing the soil enzymes.Since acceptingfactors such as moisture content and temperature, soil enzymatic activity after thesummer harvest higher than it after the autumn's commonly. The organic and inorganicfertilizer matched and purely organic fertilization both could enhance the activity ofurease,phosphatase,catalas and sucrase in red soil.Purely chemical fertilization couldnot achive good effect.(4) Under different fertilization treatment, the quality and output of the tea hadgreat rising equally. The quality of purely organic fertiliser was the best. Then was which chemical and organic fertilizer matched, intercropped clove and purely chemicalfertilization.The output of purely organic fertilization was the biggest; according toDuncan' multiple comparative analysis, The output of no fertilization completely waslower than the other six fertilization treatment notably.
