Urban green space is medium of plants and soil nutrient providers of plants, its quality directly affects the growth of plants, the benefit of ecology and landscape function.The investigation of soil in Harbin urban green space as research object of this thesis. Explore the effect in the improvement of soil measures on urban green land,and soil improvement to growth characteristics of Tagetes patula、Syringa oblate and Hylotelephium spectabile. The mainly research results are as follows:1.Selected the type of Harbin city four kinds of green space,seted a total of 43 samples, each sample collected 30soil samples for 0~20cm surface layer, mixed into a soil sample.The test studied the great difference of Harbin urban green land and natural soil.soil pH values were a little high indicated that the soil was saline alkaline.the nutrient elements shows the characteristics of irregular distribution in Harbin urban green space. But the order of the soil organic matter, the available potassium, available phosphorus and available nitrogen was green communication< green residence area< Park Plaza green< green productionThe trendlower for green communication of activity of soil sursase, activity of soil amylase and activity of soil urease, lowest 5.380mg.g-.1(24h)-1、0.1533 mg.g-.1(24h)-1、0.161 mg.g-.1(24h)-1.the order of soil enzyme activity was green communication< green residence area< Park Plaza green< green production.the basic nutrient status of HongQi Street was lower than the other area in the green communication, so the HongQi Street as further improved.2.Used the litter(Larix gmelinii), zeolite, potassium humate as soil conditioner,adopted the combination of eight kinds of modifier in applying basic content is 0.00375 g/cm2 to research effect of soil improvement, The result was as follows:Litter+Zeolite+Potassium humate>Litter+Zeolite,Litter+Potassium humate,Zeolite+Potassium>Litter,Zeolite,Potassium humate,namely Litter+ Zeolite+Potassium humate improved the most ideal effect.On the basis of combination filtering to control the dosage, the process of not applying soil conditioner was CK by contrast, dealed with 1-6 on the basis of the dosage of 1,2,4,6,8,10 times constants. The results showed that with three kinds of modifier dosage increasing, Harbin urban green space of the soil pH appeared to decline after the rising trend, the soil organic matter, available potassium, available phosphorus,available nitrogen and soil enzyme activity appeared to rise after declining trend. So soil improvement measure on the basis of constant 2 times,the dosage was 0.00750 g/cm2was the ideal treatment effects.3.The CK was not applied the soil amendment and applide soil for processing group. Tagetes patula、Syringa oblate and Hylotelephium spectabile was drought stress under two kinds of contaminated soil.Results showed that soil relative water content of the control group and treatment group presents downtrend longer duration of drought, the relative water content of treatment group is higher than the control group, so the effect of soil was to water and fertilizer.For improved matrix experiment on the influence of plant morphology and physiology, the result shows:the height and stem thickness of plants in the joined soil amendment were higher than control group;The chlorophyll content of three detection under two kinds of soil treatment were presented declining trend,While the relative conductivity and MDA expression were rising,Leaf protective enzymes SOD, POD activity under the condition of drought stress 32d, both increased the trend of rising after falling. The joining improvement measures of soil was superior to control group,This shows that joining Litter, Zeolite and Potassium humate reduced plant from damage of the soil, which could promote the growth of plants is better.
