This paper used the self-cultivated indica-japonica super-high-yield hybrid rice “puyou 22” as the material to study it,s high-yield cultivation technology through a series of experiments.The quadratic-orthogonal-rotation-combination design experiment showed that: the yield of “puyou 22” can reach 900 kg per 667m2 potentially. When the plant spacing varied from 13 cm to 14 cm, the N fertilizer usage varied from 19 kg to 21 kg per 667m2, the rate of base-tillering fertilizer varied from 83% to 86%, with the norm managing measurement and climate condition, the “puyou 22”can get a steady high yield of more than 850 kg per 667m2. Among the 3 cultivation factors, the most important factor is the N fertilizer usage, the second important factor is the plant spacing, the third important factor is the rate of base-tillering fertilizer.The experiment of different Planting seedlings per hill showed that: the “puyou 22” can get a good combination of Productive panicle number and total grain number per panicle with 2-3 planting seedlings per hill, which will help to get a excellent total spikelets that meet the need of getting a steady high yield of 850 kg per 667m2.The experiment with different sowing date showed that:the “puyou 22” is sensitive to the temperature, the sowing date has obvious affection on the date of heading but no affection on the date of maturity. Along with the delayed sowing date, the yields of “puyou 22” was significantly decreased,in a suitable sowing date range, the earlier the sowing date is, the higher yield the “puyou 22” can get.The seedling breeding and transplanting method experiment showed that: the “puyou 22” got a higher yield through the planting method of rice transplanter and rice potted-seedling transplanter than the manual transplanter. Especially, “puyou 22” get the highest yield through the planting method of rice potted-seedling transplanter, in which the “puyou 22” got the excellent combination of productive panicle number and total grain number per panicle.
