Corythucha ciliate originally distributed in eastern North America, and was subsequently spread to Europe, Asia, do harm to the platanus, mainly adults and nymphs sucking host leaf juice, resulting in yellow platanus leaves and other garden plants off, seriously affecting the platanus the growth and appearance, and sometimes can carry plant pathogen, indirectly causing serious harm. Since the invasion of our country in 2006, it has been added to the list of dangerous forest pest list and moderate risk of forest pest. It has been invaded Shanghai, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Chongqing, Wuhan, Yichang, Shiyan, Xiangfan, Jingmen, Jingzhou, Guiyang, Zhengzhou and other places, in the Yangtze River formed outbreak situation. This study combined with previous research base, according to the theory of chemical ecology of insects, based on the interactions between C. ciliate and host plants, the use of chemical, plant physiology and biochemistry analysis and research of C. ciliate suction cause host plant of physiological and biochemical reactions, in order to lay the foundation for further inquiry based C. ciliate represented by oligophagous sucking insect host selection mechanism.1.Effects on plant volatiles of the insect herbivory leavesBy feeding induction, there are 13 kinds of plant volatiles in the insect herbivory leaves(4 terpene,4 alkanes, 1 phenolic, 1 nitriles, 1 amide), which are 7 kinds more than the normal platanus. Comparing the different content between the insect herbivory leaves and the the normal platanus of the same HIPVs, the level had significant change in the insect herbivory leaves, but none in the normal platanus. α-pinene content reached a maximum at 48 h, followed by a sharp decline in the content of 72 h when about half of 0h. Changes palustric cycloolefin content of the modest, small decline occurs between the 24 ~ 48 h, it has rebounded, 72 h slightly lower than the content of 0h. Changes longifolene content increased first and then picked up after the law, at 24 h reached the highest, 48 h the lowest, 72 h had gone up, slightly lower than the content of 0h. Pentacosane content of ups and downs, but the overall showing a downward trend. Ethylhexyl phthalate ester only at 0h and 24 h detected.2.Effects on plant enzyme activity of the insect herbivory leavesUnlike control, PPO and POD activities of the insect herbivory leaves change regula, first increase and then decrease. Their activities reach peak maximum at 48 h, decline at 72 h, but the difference is that PPO activity is slightly higher than 0h, but POD activity still significantly higher than 0h at last. PAL activity overall upward trend, remained stable constant between 48~72h, 24 h, activities at 24 h, 48 h, 72 h are significantly higher than the control.3.Effects on plant biochemical substances of the insect herbivory leavesThe changes in the insect herbivory leaves of nutrients and secondary metabolites show different regularity. The total sugar content increase by a big margin at 24 h, and significantly different from control; decrease at 48 h, 72 h, but still higher than the control.
