The 70% of the China’s land area is hills and mountainous, with a large number of planted wheat, rice and other crops. Land in these areas is small and irregular, narrow roads and varied, existing grain combine harvester complicated structure, resulting in larger whole, not the normal completion of field work, resulting in most of the cereal harvest in these areas rely on manual labor to complete In recent years, domestic and micro grain combine harvester has done some research, but the prevalence of low harvest efficiency, the high rate of loss can not meet user requirements. Research on low-power, compact, flexible and highly efficient double harvest grain combine harvester portable is a feasible way to improve the efficiency of the hills and mountains of grain harvest. e purpose of this study is to obtain the best combination of parameters double grain threshing device structure motion parameters through laboratory tests, provides provide a theoretical basis of design and manufacture of a double row of portable grain combine harvester threshing deviceThe threshing total loss rate as the performance indicators, by making use of the self-designed double row of grain threshing test bench, the degree of the angle between the cylinder speed, high proportion of the tooth thickness and tooth bar, threshing drum piece with a cross-section, respectively, as a factor between univariate and comparison test, initially identified the drum speed, the angle of the tooth clip optimum thickness and tooth height ratio of the rod and threshing drum piece with a cross-section. hen, the roller speed, the number of rows of teeth threshing, threshing gap export factor orthogonal experiment as a test and regression test, research these three factors on the threshing total loss rate, impurity rate and break their spike rate and comprehensive index values, optimized data obtained optimal parameter combination threshing device.
