The 21 st century is a century of exploration and utilization of ocean and sea resources, a century of ocean ‘blue water’, and a new century of protection-sea and cultivation-sea. Over-exploration of ocean and sea resources and increased pollution have bright much havoc to coastline resources, almost dried up to offshore, so it is urgent to develop ocean fishery. In our country, the enthusiasm of enterprise development had affected by ocean fishery equipment technology lag behind, inefficiency fishing, lost international competitiveness and deficiency in economic performance, which directly caused severely exploration of deep ocean resources. In addition, the study for the pivotal equipment of efficiently fishing in the deep ocean trawl fisher lagged behind,especially for trawl winches system, therefore, the work space and development potential of fishing is limited. The development of trawl winches, as critical equipment, restricts safety and efficiency of trawl fishing.Firstly, the design principles of the main components of the winch was determined, combined with working conditions of offshore fishing and force characteristics of trawl, and then the main components and general accessories design and verification were completed, and the whole system of trawl winches was contacted as the whole virtual assemble, and parts interference also was eliminated analyzing with the characteristics of the three-dimensional rapid modeling plug-in board.The multi-body dynamics simulation of drag winch was established before conducted the static structural analysis and structural dynamics analysis for its main components. What’s more, a hydraulic system within constant tension also was designed; meanwhile, selection was conducted for some hydraulic components. Then the PLC was elected as the control scheme of electro-hydraulic control subjects by means of compared common technology and approach in a procedure of integrated control of electro-hydraulic control.The monitoring boundary for control system, used MCGS configuration control software monitoring interface, can contact real-time monitoring to the operation of trawl winches. This control system has a good man-machine interface that provides conveniences for intuitively and accurately viewing device operating conditions and for viewing, extraction and analysis of the data in the work process. The system characterized as high automation degree, so has a certain degree of innovation.By verifying the rationality and scientific nature of the system, founded the foundation of system development.According to the present situation our countryfishery equipmentis relatively backward, meet the ocean deep-water trawlers and other large ocean fishing vessels on the high efficient market fishing deck winch system and actual demand, for the hydraulic towing winch large pelagic deep-water trawler on the development and the design key technology simulation, build with independent intellectual property rights, meet equipment towing winch requirements below 500 meters deep trawl equipment index, provide equipment and technology support for the development of ocean fishery in our country, is of great significance to promote the development of related industries.
