Sugarcane is an important economic crop in the south of china,is an important raw material for the production of sugar and bioethanol.The cultivation of sugarcane in our country is vast,but mainly by artificial harvesting,and the low level of mechanized harvesting has severely restricted the production of sugar industry.Sugarcane harvester is a kind of mobile agricultural machinery with multiple actuators,which has many functions,such as more action,strong cooperation and complex harvesting process.Therefore,the design of the electro-hydraulic control system of sugarcane harvester must be suitable for the harvesting technology of sugarcane harvester.In this paper,based on the analysis of the process principle of the new sugarcane harvester,the movement characteristics and action requirements of each actuator are determined,which provides the basis for the design of the electro-hydraulic control system.For a multi-actuator cooperative action system with a greater difference between pressure and flow requirements,based on the comparison of independent control system and centralized control system,a multi-objective optimization system integration method is proposed,which can meet the requirements of cooperative action,at the same time,it has high efficiency and system integration,and to design a new type of hydraulic system of sugarcane harvester.According to the control characteristics of the hydraulic system,the software and hardware system based on the centralized structure is established.The communication network is established by using CAN bus communication technology.On this basis,combined with the process characteristics and use requirements of sugarcane harvester,the basic function of the whole vehicle is designed and the function of the walking system is further refined.The program of the controller is developed and at the same time,combined with the development of the monitor to achieve the man-machine interface,with the state monitoring and safety protection function.Finally,the function and feasibility of the electro-hydraulic control system are verified through experiments,which improves the efficiency and automation of the sugarcane harvester.It lays the foundation for the research of the electro-hydraulic control system of sugarcane harvester in the future.
