In order to improve the efficiency of planting and realize mechanization of ginseng,this paper design the air suction of precision seed metering device for ginseng. Takes the air suction of precision seed metering device for ginseng as the research object. Theoretical analysis and simulation analysis were carried out via kinematics analysis of the metering process, Fluent simulation, seeding performance on a seed metering device experiment table, and high-speed photography technology methods. The main work is as follows:1)Provides the theory reference value for the research on the design of the seed metering device in this paper, based on the characteristics of ginseng seed materials get the geometric size, 1000 grain weight, repose angle, inner friction angel of ginseng seed and the other basic theory parameters for the seed metering device design required, analysis on the changes law of material parameters under different water content rate of the seed of gindeng.2)In order to provides reference for subsequent selection of seed-metering parameters, analysis of dynamics and kinematics of air suction seed metering device of ginseng seed suction and carry for process, vacuum pressure required filling area is far greater than the vacuum pressure carry area and the other important conclusion district. Do enough preparation for subsequent selection of seed metering device optimization test and shorten the research cycle test, analysis the number of holes of the seed-metering and determine the degree of vacuum that built with the simulation model of the seed-metering gas chamber negative pressure zone.3)Study and research the experimental station test of air suction seed metering device of ginseng by uniform design method. Establish the mathematical model between the seed metering device of parameters and performance indicators and studied the optimization of performance test and parameter of the metering device. Provides reference value for other researchers summarized the influence of various parameters on the performance indicators through the parameters analysis of single factor study.4)The working process of the pneumatic ginseng seed metering device was roundly observed using the more advanced technology of high-speed video. By the image-analysis recorded and the imaging study obtained, the ginseng seed condition adsorbed in the process of movement was observed, and the relation of the seed state of motion and the seeding uniformity were analyzed, which provide references for the optimization of the pneumatic ginseng seed metering device. The structure of the seed metering device was improved by the study results to work out the pneumatic ginseng seed metering device of the optimal seeding property.
